1、染色時間不能太長，否則活細胞也會逐漸積累染料而染成顏色，使監(jiān)測結果偏低。
2、另可結合細胞計數方法，同時進行細胞計數和活力檢測。
3、有潛在致癌危險，為了您的安全和健康，請穿實驗服并戴一次性手套操作。

保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.
