生理鹽水操作步驟儲(chǔ)存條件：
 大部分的試劑產(chǎn)品是比較穩(wěn)定的，只要您嚴(yán)格按照產(chǎn)品包裝或者說(shuō)明書(shū)上的儲(chǔ)存條件進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)存，*可以保證其在有效期內(nèi)的正常使用。一般常見(jiàn)儲(chǔ)存條件有零下XX攝氏度，2-8攝氏度，常溫等。特別提醒，對(duì)于某些酶類(lèi)制品，如果儲(chǔ)存條件是2-8攝氏度，不要儲(chǔ)存在零下，否則容易失活，對(duì)于某些需要嚴(yán)格避光，防潮，充氮?dú)獗Ｗo(hù)的，接觸空氣或者過(guò)分暴露非常容易氧化或者受潮變質(zhì)。
低溫儲(chǔ)存產(chǎn)品，運(yùn)輸途中冷藏問(wèn)題：
 對(duì)于需要低溫儲(chǔ)存的產(chǎn)品，我們?cè)谶\(yùn)輸時(shí)候都會(huì)采用冷藏包裝，但是部分由于外界氣溫過(guò)高，運(yùn)輸時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，對(duì)于普通冷藏包裝，途中可能會(huì)溫度升高，這些都是沒(méi)有問(wèn)題的，因?yàn)檫@種普通冷藏只適用于那些短期內(nèi)（2周）高溫依然穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品，建議低溫的儲(chǔ)存條件，只是長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存時(shí)候的條件，您可以放心使用。對(duì)于某些特殊的產(chǎn)品，如抗體，我們會(huì)采用干冰冷藏包裝，確保全程低溫。公司都對(duì)產(chǎn)品性狀進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)格的加速穩(wěn)定測(cè)試，行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富。

產(chǎn)品介紹 The immunosuppressant cyclosporin A (CsA) forms a trimolecular complex with cyclophilin and calcineurins to inhibit calcineurin phosphatase activity (1). Cyclophilins are conserved, ubiquitous and abundant cytosolic peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerases that accelerate the isomerization of XaaPro peptide bonds and the refolding of proteins (2,3). Human cyclophilin A (CyPA), an intracellular protein of 165 amino acids, is the target of the CsA and is encoded by a single unique gene conserved from yeast to humans (4,5). CyPA is known for its involvement in T cell differentiation and proliferation and is highly expressed in brain (6). CyPA is incorporated into the virion of the type 1 human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) via a direct interaction with the capsid domain of the viral Gag polyprotein and is crucial for efficient viral replication (7,8). Cyclophilin B (CyPB) is a member of the cyclophilin family with specific N- and C-terminal extensions. Unlike CyPA, CyPB has a signal sequence leading to its translocation in the endoplasmic reticulum. CyPB is secreted in biological fluids such as blood or milk and binds to a specific receptor present on the human lymphoblastic cell line Jurkat and on human peripheral blood lymphocytes (9,10).
Function : PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides.

Pleiotrophin exhibits mitogenic and angiogenic properties and has been shown to influence the vascular supply, expansion and metastasis of tumour cells.
Function : Secreted growth factor that induces neurite outgrowth and which is mitogenic for fibroblasts, epithelial, and endothelial cells. Binds anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) which induces MAPK pathway activation, an important step in the anti-apoptotic signaling of PTN and regulation of cell proliferation.
