電阻遠(yuǎn)傳壓力表

一 用途說明 （application desc-ription）
儀表用于測量對(duì)銅和銅合金無腐蝕作用的液體，蒸氣和氣體等介質(zhì)的壓力，同時(shí)又將被測壓力以電阻至二次儀表上，以實(shí)現(xiàn)集中檢測和遠(yuǎn)距離控制。
the gauge can be used in measuring the pressure of the service medium of liquid,vapour and gas which will not corrode copper or copper-alloys,it also can pass the measurement the to second instrument to realize the concentrated check and remot control.
二、 結(jié)構(gòu)與作用原理
在壓力表內(nèi)部齒輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)上，固定一組滑線電阻，當(dāng)被測壓力變化時(shí)，傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)壓力表指針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)直接指示介質(zhì)壓力，同時(shí)帶動(dòng)電刷在線繞電位器上滑動(dòng)，使被測壓力的變化轉(zhuǎn)換成電阻的變化，輸出一個(gè)與被測壓力成正比的電信號(hào)，遠(yuǎn)傳給顯示儀表，實(shí)行集中檢測和遠(yuǎn)距離控制。
三、 技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)
1. 測量范圍0-60mpa，精度1.5級(jí)。
2. 外形尺寸（圖一）
3. 工作條件：環(huán)境溫度-40-+70℃，相對(duì)濕度低于85%。
4. 儀表外殼為防塵，防濺型。
5. 滑線電阻發(fā)送器的技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)。
（1） 起始電阻值為5-20ω。
（2） 滿度電阻值為350-390ω。
（3） 接線端外加電壓6v。
