Y400－402工業(yè)通用高壓型壓力傳感器
基于 MEMS技術(shù)，采用*的玻璃微熔技術(shù)，避免了溫度、濕度、機(jī)械疲勞和介質(zhì)對(duì)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生的影響，從而加強(qiáng)了傳感器在工業(yè)環(huán)境中的*穩(wěn)定性。壓力腔體采用17－4PH不銹鋼整體加工，無(wú)焊接、無(wú)"O"型圈，無(wú)泄漏隱患。傳感器采用*的溫度數(shù)字補(bǔ)償，具有抗*力強(qiáng)，工作溫度范圍寬、*穩(wěn)定性好等特點(diǎn)。該系列產(chǎn)品有多種壓力連接和電氣連接供用戶選擇。
The Y400-402 universal industrial pressure sensor adopts the MEMS technology and the advanced glass micro-melting technology to avoid influences on the product caused by the temperature, humidity, mechanical fatigue and medium, thus to improve its permanent stability in the industrial environment. Its pressure chamber is made of 17-4PH stainless steel in an integrated way without welding seams or O-rings and free of leakage troubles. The sensor adopts the advanced digital temperature compensation and is featured with the strong interference resistance, wide working temperature scope and permanent stability, etc. The series products provide several optional pressure connections and electric connections for customers.
