?電磁脈沖閥描述--
LIT電磁脈沖閥亦稱隔膜閥或膜片閥,分為直角式和淹沒式兩種,直角式電磁脈沖閥是,脈沖袋式除塵器清灰噴吹系統(tǒng)的壓縮空氣“開關(guān)”,而淹沒式則閥體進(jìn)氣口淹沒在氣包內(nèi)，直接受電信號(hào)控制的膜片閥,受脈沖控制儀輸出信號(hào)的控制，對(duì)濾袋逐排噴吹清灰，使除塵器阻力保持在設(shè)定的范圍之內(nèi)，以保持除塵器的處理能力和收塵效率
LIT electromagnetic pulse valve, also called diaphragm valve or diaphragm valve, is divided into two kinds of right angle type and submerged type. The right angle type electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the pulsate bag dust collector, and the submerged valve body inlet is submerged in the air bag. The diaphragm valve directly controlled by the electrical signal is output by the pulse controller. Control, filter the bag by blowing dust, and keep the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, so as to keep the dust collector's handling capacity and dust collecting efficiency.
?電磁脈沖閥原理--
膜片把電磁脈沖閥分為前、后二個(gè)氣室，當(dāng)接通壓縮空氣時(shí)，壓縮空氣通過節(jié)流孔進(jìn)入后氣室，此時(shí)后氣室壓力將膜片組件緊貼閥的輸出口，電磁脈沖閥處于“關(guān)閉”狀態(tài)。脈沖噴吹控制儀的電信號(hào)使電磁脈沖閥銜鐵后移，閉后氣室放氣孔打開，后氣室迅速失壓，膜片組件后移，壓縮空氣通過閥輸出口噴吹，電磁脈沖閥處于“開啟”_狀態(tài)。脈沖噴吹控制議電信號(hào)消失，電磁脈沖閥銜鐵復(fù)位，后氣室放氣孔關(guān)閉，后氣室壓力升高是膜片組件緊貼閥的輸出口，電磁脈沖閥又處于“關(guān)閉”狀態(tài)。
The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers in front and back. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. The pressure of the air chamber will close the diaphragm assembly to the outlet of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electric signal of the pulse injection control device moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve, opens the air chamber after closed, and the rear air chamber is quickly lost, the diaphragm is moved back, the compressed air is blown through the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state. Pulse injection is used to control the disappearance of the signal, the reset of the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve, the closing of the air chamber in the rear air chamber and the pressure rise of the rear air chamber is the outlet of the close valve of the diaphragm assembly, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.
?進(jìn)口電磁脈沖閥用途--
1.直角型電磁脈沖閥其進(jìn)出口之間的夾角為90°，它適合于儲(chǔ)氣筒與除塵器噴吹管的安裝連接。氣流暢通，能提供符合要求的清灰氣脈沖。
2.淹沒型電磁脈沖閥采用淹沒于氣包中的安裝方法，故稱淹沒式。它與其他結(jié)構(gòu)形式比較，減少了流通阻力，降低了噴吹氣源壓力，因而能適用于壓力低的場(chǎng)合，且可降低能源消耗和延長膜片壽命。
