產(chǎn)品描述：

首先是關于磁力泵的結構形式，作為一個輸送化學介質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品，在設計時要考慮它的可靠性、安全性、使用壽命等主要要素。這些不僅關系到磁力泵的安全性，同時還會對其運行時間，故障率以及生產(chǎn)費用等造成影響。因此，需要設計制造出一種能在不同的溫度、承壓、承載條件下，保證各部件尺寸的穩(wěn)定的磁力泵，從而實現(xiàn)泵*運轉(zhuǎn)*。

其次是磁力泵的配置，尤其是它的那些易損件，主要是經(jīng)常在液體中旋轉(zhuǎn)摩擦的部件，包括滑動軸承、止推軸承、軸套等。這些部件耐磨性的好壞，會直接影響著泵的使用壽命以及更換部件的費用，所以盡量采用耐腐蝕、耐磨性優(yōu)良的碳化硅材質(zhì)作為易損件的材質(zhì)。

但是，碳化硅彎曲強度比較低，材料比較脆，抗沖擊性較差，因此在腐蝕性條件許可的情況下，可以選擇彎曲強度更高的碳化鎢材質(zhì)，這樣它在磁力泵中運用的

實踐證明，磁力泵易損件采用碳化硅、碳化鎢材質(zhì)作為理想配置，不僅可使泵長時間運轉(zhuǎn)，而且降低故障率，大大節(jié)省了用戶對磁力泵維護而消耗的成本。

磁力泵工作原理
將n對磁體（n為偶數(shù)）按規(guī)律排列組裝在磁力傳動器的內(nèi)、外磁轉(zhuǎn)子上，使磁體部分相互組成完整藕合的磁力系統(tǒng)。當內(nèi)、外兩磁極處于異極相對，即兩個磁極間的位移角Φ＝0，此時磁系統(tǒng)的磁能醉低；當磁極轉(zhuǎn)動到同極相對，即兩個磁極間的位移角Φ＝2π/n，此時磁系統(tǒng)的磁能醉大。去掉外力后，由于磁系統(tǒng)的磁極相互排斥，磁力將使磁體恢復到磁能醉低的狀態(tài)。于是磁體產(chǎn)生運動，帶動磁轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)。

運行注意事項
1．防止顆粒進入
(1)不允許有鐵磁雜質(zhì)、顆粒進入磁力傳動器和軸承摩擦副。

(2)輸送易結晶或沉淀的介質(zhì)后要及時沖洗（停泵后向泵腔內(nèi)灌注清水，運轉(zhuǎn)1min后排放干凈），以保障滑動軸承的使用壽命。

(3)輸送含有固體顆粒的介質(zhì)時，應在泵流管入口處過濾。

2．防止退磁
(1)磁力矩不可設計得過小。

(2)應在規(guī)定溫度條件下運行，嚴禁介質(zhì)溫度超標?？稍诖帕Ρ酶綦x套外表面裝設鉑電阻溫度傳感器檢測環(huán)隙區(qū)域的溫升，以便溫度超*報警或停機。
3．防止干摩擦
(1）嚴禁空轉(zhuǎn)。
(2）嚴禁介質(zhì)抽空。
(3)在出口閥關閉的情況下，泵連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)時間不得超過2min，以防磁力傳動器過熱而失。
