PZRD4509瀝青針入度測(cè)定器
一、概述
瀝青針入度試驗(yàn)器是根據(jù)中華人民共和國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T4509《石油瀝青針入度測(cè)定法》、GB/T269《潤(rùn)滑脂和石油脂錐入度測(cè)定法》及中華人民共和國(guó)交通行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JTJ052-2000《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》—T0604《瀝青針入度試驗(yàn)》中的技術(shù)要求和有關(guān)規(guī)定設(shè)計(jì)制造的。
二、主要機(jī)能
1、主機(jī),配套時(shí)間控制器,用時(shí)間控制器控制電磁鐵的吸合釋放,使推桿下落鎖緊.
2、時(shí)間控制器采用數(shù)字顯示,控制范圍0 ～ 60控制時(shí)間精度為±0.1秒.
3、采用液晶數(shù)字清零的百分毫米標(biāo)尺式深度測(cè)量機(jī)構(gòu),使用方便、快速.
4、大可測(cè)錐入度值不少于780單位,能適應(yīng)各項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)要求.
5、支架移動(dòng)分別有快速和微動(dòng)兩種速度,便于測(cè)試操作時(shí)的尖針對(duì)準(zhǔn)試樣表面,快速移動(dòng)手輪在儀器左面,微動(dòng)手輪在儀器的右面.
6、支架有隨時(shí)自鎖功能,任何位置都能自動(dòng)穩(wěn)固停住.
7、具有臺(tái)面水平調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu),調(diào)節(jié)方便.
8、附有手動(dòng)釋放錐入件的機(jī)構(gòu),可確保在使用時(shí),自行控制.

PZRD4509 Asphalt Penetration Tester
I. Overview
Asphalt penetration tester is based on the Peoples Republic of China National Standard GB / T4509 "Petroleum Asphalt Penetration Test Method", GB / T269 "Grease and Petroleum Grease Penetration Test Method" and the Peoples Republic of China Transportation Industry Standard JTJ052- 2000 "Technical Specification for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures of Highway Engineering"-T0604 "Asphalt Penetration Test" technical requirements and relevant regulations are designed and manufactured.
2. Main functions
1.The host machine is equipped with a time controller.The time controller is used to control the suction and release of the electromagnet to make the push rod fall and lock tightly.
2. The time controller uses digital display, the control range is 0 ~ 60, and the control time accuracy is ± 0.1 seconds.
3.Using the LCD digital zero-clearing millimeter scale depth measurement mechanism, it is convenient and fast to use.
4.The maximum measurable cone penetration value is not less than 780 units, which can adapt to various test requirements.
5.The bracket movement has two speeds of fast and fine movement, which is convenient for the pointed surface of the sample during the test operation.The fast-moving handwheel is on the left side of the instrument, and the fine-motion handwheel is on the right side of the instrument.
