石膏松散容重測(cè)定儀使用方法：
1）從保存在密封容器內(nèi)的試驗(yàn)室石膏樣品中，取出1000克試樣，并充分?jǐn)嚢杈鶆?，使其通過(guò)孔徑為2毫米的錐形篩，然后按下述步驟用同一儀器測(cè)定兩次。
稱量不帶延伸套筒的容重桶，精確至0.1克，在容重桶上裝上套筒，并將其放在儀器的錐形漏斗下，將試樣以100克為一份倒入漏斗中，用毛刷攪動(dòng)試樣，使其通過(guò)篩網(wǎng)落入容重桶中。當(dāng)裝有延伸套簡(jiǎn)的容重桶填滿時(shí)，在避免振動(dòng)的情況下移去套筒，用直尺刮平表面，除去多余物料，直至表面與容重桶上緣位于同一水平面上為止。稱量容重桶和試樣重量精確至0.1克。
2）結(jié)果的表示方法：
按下式計(jì)算松散容重，克／升
r=m1-m0
其中：m1是容重桶和試樣的重量（克）
m0是容重桶本身的重量（克）
如果兩次測(cè)定結(jié)果之差，小于兩次試驗(yàn)結(jié)果較小值的5 % ，則以平均值作為試樣的松散容重；否則，應(yīng)再次測(cè)定，至兩次測(cè)定值之差小于5 %。再取其平均值。
How to use gypsum loose bulk density tester:
1) From the laboratory gypsum sample stored in a sealed container, take a 1000-gram sample and stir it well enough to pass it through a conical sieve with a diameter of 2 mm, and then use the same instrument to measure twice according to the following steps.
Weigh the bulk tank without extension sleeve to the nearest 0.1 g. Install the sleeve on the bulk tank and place it under the conical funnel of the instrument. Pour the sample into the funnel in 100-gram portions. Agitate the sample with a brush to drop it through a sieve into a bulk tank. When the bulk tank with the extension sleeve is filled, remove the sleeve while avoiding vibration, and scrape the surface with a ruler to remove excess material until the surface is on the same level as the upper edge of the bulk tank. Weigh the test cylinder and sample weight to the nearest 0.1 gram.
2) Representation of results:
Calculate loose bulk weight according to the following formula, g / liter
r = m1-m0
Where: m1 is the weight of the bulk tank and the sample (g)
m0 is the weight of the bulk tank itself (g)
If the difference between the two measurement results is less than 5% of the smaller value of the two test results, the average value is used as the bulk density of the sample; otherwise, the measurement should be repeated until the difference between the two measurement values is less than 5%. Then take the average.
使用安放：
本儀器應(yīng)安放在無(wú)震源無(wú)腐蝕介質(zhì)的環(huán)境中，并置于適當(dāng)高度的平臺(tái)上。必要時(shí)可調(diào)整三腳支 架下部的三個(gè)錐形螺母使其至水平位置。
