Product introduction:
Gypsum water retention tester is a testing instrument. It is developed in accordance with the National Building Material Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China "stucco plaster" (JC / T517-2004) to measure the water retention rate of stucco plaster. It can also be used for cement, Mortar water retention test.

Dimensions: 700 × 400 × 600mm
? Power: 200W
? Net weight: 30Kg
Third, the experimental steps:
A. Cut a piece of medium-speed qualitative filter paper according to the inner diameter of the cloth funnel, spread it on the bottom of the funnel, and wet the filter paper and filter paper with water. Place the cloth funnel on the suction filter bottle, turn on the vacuum pump, filter for one minute, remove the cloth funnel, and use a filter paper to clean the water from the remaining supplier Shanghai Rongjida Experimental Instrument Co Ltd. and weigh (G1 ), Accurate to 0.1 grams.
B. Use gypsum slurry with standard diffusion water into the weighed cloth funnel, and use a T-shaped scraper to rotate and scrape in the funnel to make the thickness of the slurry within (10 ± 0.5) mm. Clean the remaining gypsum slurry on the inner wall of the cloth funnel and weigh (G2) to the nearest 0.1 g. The time interval from the completion of stirring to the completion of weighing should not be greater than 5 minutes.
C. Put the weighed cloth funnel on the filter bottle and start the vacuum pump. Within thirty seconds, adjust the negative pressure to (53.33 ± 0.67) kpa. Strain for 20 minutes, then remove the funnel, wipe the remaining water in the lower mouth with filter paper, and weigh (G3) with an accuracy of 0.1 g.
If the difference between the measured water retention rate and its average value is not more than 3%, take the average value as the water retention rate of the test, otherwise the test should be repeated.
Product structure:
Gypsum mortar water retention rate tester is mainly composed of rotary vane vacuum pump, shock-resistant vacuum gauge, suction filter bottle, Buchner funnel and other parts. The control system is convenient and flexible, easy to operate, the whole machine layout is reasonable, and the levels are clear, suitable for quality inspection departments at all levels. And user use.
