三、操作規(guī)程:
★混凝土拌合物應(yīng)分兩層裝入壓力泌水儀的缸體容器內(nèi)
★每層的插搗次數(shù)應(yīng)為20次。搗棒由邊緣向中均勻地插搗
★插搗底層時搗棒應(yīng)貫穿整個深度
★插搗A層時
★搗棒應(yīng)插透本層至下一層的表面
★每一層搗完后用橡皮鍾輕松沿容器外壁打5-10次
★并使拌合物表面低于容器口約30毫米處
★用抹刀將表面抹平
★將容器外表擦干凈
★混凝土壓力泌水儀按規(guī)定安裝完畢后應(yīng)立即給混凝土試樣施加壓力至3.2Mpa。并打泌力閥門同
★時開始計時
★保持壓力
★泌力的水接入200毫米量筒:加壓至10秒時讀取泌水量V10,14、 加壓至140s時讀取泌水量V140

四、故障原因:
混凝土的水灰比越大,水泥凝結(jié)硬化的時間越長,自由水越多,水與水泥分離的時間越長,混凝土越容易泌水;混凝土中外加劑摻量過多,或者緩凝組分摻量過多,會造成新拌混凝土的大量泌水和沉析,大量的自由水泌出混凝土表面,影響水泥的凝結(jié)硬化,混凝土保水性能下降,導(dǎo)致嚴(yán)重泌水。

五、維護(hù)與保養(yǎng):
★每次試驗結(jié)束后,要將儀器用水沖洗并擦干,如長期不用,用將無油漆的零件表面涂油防銹。
★在安裝時,試料筒不得倒置,其下端外側(cè)涂少許潤滑脂,以使其能順利插入底座,并與“0”形圈密封。
★如油泵卻油致使壓力上不去,可將油泵后蓋打開,按下內(nèi)六角螺栓,加入20號機(jī)油,重新裝好即可。
