四、使用方法:
?首先將試驗機作水平調(diào)整,乃利用水平儀置于本機之機臺座上,而依水平儀指示調(diào)整基礎螺絲使呈水平(安裝機臺或移動機臺時調(diào)整)。
?啟動電源總開關,使電源通過本機各控制面板。
?根據(jù)試樣塊的測試要求,調(diào)節(jié)好兩支撐棍的跨距和支撐棍上定位塊的位置,保證試樣塊處在中間,調(diào)節(jié)壓輥上的配重塊,使壓輥保持水平。
?在試驗前,調(diào)整上、下行程設定環(huán)至所需之范圍上下限位置,使下夾具至此位范圍后會觸動極限開關而停機。
?選適當?shù)臏y試速度,無段速控制則轉(zhuǎn)動控制盤上之速度旋鈕到已測定出之速度指示數(shù)字即可。
