三、使用方法:
測定火山灰質混合材料和粉煤灰組分的含量,同一實驗室的允許誤差為0.8%,不同實驗室的允許誤差為1.0%,測定礦渣組分的含量,同一實驗室的允許誤差為1.0%,不同實驗室的允許誤差為1.2%。
接通電源后,本機即進入到待機狀態(tài),在待機狀態(tài)下,操作人員可以設定恒溫溫度,定時時間等試驗用參數(shù),參數(shù)設定完畢即可進行試驗操作。

四、參數(shù)的設定:
首先按[ ]進入設定操作界面,相應被選擇的修改位閃爍,此時按[ ]或[ ]可對相應位進行加一或減一操作 ,設定完成后再按[ ] 鍵即可按順序選擇所有位并進行修改,修改完畢后再按[ ]鍵一次,系統(tǒng)自動完成
新設定參數(shù)的記憶。按[ ]鍵3秒鐘內無任何鍵按下,系統(tǒng)自動恢復為待機狀態(tài)。

五、試驗操作:
修改*部系統(tǒng)參數(shù)后,系統(tǒng)重新回到待機狀態(tài),此時將600~800ml水加入到恒溫槽中,在待機狀態(tài)按
[恒溫]鍵,然后調整攪拌1旋鈕,觀察恒溫水槽以使恒溫水槽中的水流動為宜。系統(tǒng)將按照設定的溫度值
自動選擇加溫或制冷,使恒溫槽內的溫度趨于設定值,并在A次達到恒溫溫度點時報警,提醒操作員可進行下一步操作。
到達恒溫點后,操作員可將裝有試樣的燒杯中放入一粒攪拌子,并將燒杯放入恒溫槽內支架中,并用手調旋鈕固定,然后按下[攪拌]鍵,調節(jié)攪拌2、攪拌3旋鈕。使攪拌子在燒杯中的旋轉速度達到要求。此時即可按[定時]鍵,系統(tǒng)進入定時試驗階段,到達定時時間后,儀器自動停止恒溫操作及攪拌。至此,本次測定結束,可取出試驗進行后續(xù)的試驗過程了。

After reaching the constant temperature point, the operator can put a stir bar in the beaker containing the sample, put the beaker into the bracket in the constant temperature bath, and fix it with the knob by hand, and then press the [stir] key to adjust the stirring 2. Stir 3 knobs. Make the rotation speed of the stir bar in the beaker meet the requirements. At this time, you can press the [timing] key, and the system enters the timing test phase. When the timing time is reached, the instrument automatically stops constant temperature operation and stirring. At this point, this measurement is over, and the test can be taken out for the subsequent test process.
水泥組分測定儀試驗:
在進行水泥組分的測定前,請仔細閱讀隨機附贈的國標準GB/T12960-1996《水泥組分的定量測定》。并準備好所需的各種試劑及設備。
將儀器放在平穩(wěn)、平整的工作臺上,連接儀器后面板上的冷卻水系統(tǒng),并將其中一根硅膠管連接到冷卻水泵上,取一個常用的塑料養(yǎng)護水槽,并在其中注入水,將冷卻水泵及冷卻水另一根硅膠管放入水槽中(注意回水管A好固定)。將水泵電源插到儀器右側的插座上,將儀器電源線插好并接通電源。此時打開儀器面板上的電源開關,面板上的數(shù)碼管亮,并顯示恒溫試驗水槽內溫度。
將600~800ml水注入不銹鋼恒溫水槽內,根據(jù)試驗要求調整好CZF-6水泥組分測定儀的恒溫溫度及定時時間。將50ml水注入150ml燒杯中,將燒杯置于水泥組分測定裝置上,按[恒溫]及[攪拌]鍵,調整攪拌1、攪拌2、攪拌3
調整鈕,調整3個攪拌電機轉速至合適值上。
待儀器初次達到恒溫點報警后,即可進行試驗了,根據(jù)試驗要求,可按[定時]鍵,此時儀器進入定時操
作狀態(tài),儀器上顯示的時間為工作的時間,到達設定的時間后儀器報警,本次操作結束。

Place the instrument on a stable and level workbench, connect the cooling water system on the back panel of the instrument, and connect one of the silicone tubes to the cooling water pump, take a commonly used plastic curing sink, and pour water into it. Put the cooling water pump and another silicone tube of cooling water into the water tank (note that the return pipe A is fixed). Plug the power supply of the water pump into the socket on the right side of the instrument, plug the power cord of the instrument and turn on the power. At this time, turn on the power switch on the panel of the instrument, and the digital tube on the panel lights up and displays the temperature in the constant temperature test water tank.
Pour 600-800ml of water into the stainless steel constant temperature water tank, and adjust the constant temperature and timing time of the CZF-6 cement component analyzer according to the test requirements. Pour 50ml of water into a 150ml beaker, place the beaker on the cement component measuring device, press the [constant temperature] and [stir] keys to adjust stirring 1, stirring 2, and stirring 3.
Adjust the knob to adjust the speed of the 3 stirring motors to a suitable value.
After the instrument reaches the constant temperature alarm for the first time, the test can be carried out. According to the test requirements, you can press the [timing] key, and the instrument will enter the timing operation.
Operating status, the time displayed on the instrument is the working time, the instrument alarms when the set time is reached, and the operation ends.
