三、使用方法:
測(cè)定火山灰質(zhì)混合材料和粉煤灰組分的含量,同一實(shí)驗(yàn)室的允許誤差為0.8%,不同實(shí)驗(yàn)室的允許誤差為1.0%,測(cè)定礦渣組分的含量,同一實(shí)驗(yàn)室的允許誤差為1.0%,不同實(shí)驗(yàn)室的允許誤差為1.2%。
接通電源后,本機(jī)即進(jìn)入到待機(jī)狀態(tài),在待機(jī)狀態(tài)下,操作人員可以設(shè)定恒溫溫度,定時(shí)時(shí)間等試驗(yàn)用參數(shù),參數(shù)設(shè)定完畢即可進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)操作。

四、參數(shù)的設(shè)定:
首先按[ ]進(jìn)入設(shè)定操作界面,相應(yīng)被選擇的修改位閃爍,此時(shí)按[ ]或[ ]可對(duì)相應(yīng)位進(jìn)行加一或減一操作 ,設(shè)定完成后再按[ ] 鍵即可按順序選擇所有位并進(jìn)行修改,修改完畢后再按[ ]鍵一次,系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)完成
新設(shè)定參數(shù)的記憶。按[ ]鍵3秒鐘內(nèi)無(wú)任何鍵按下,系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)恢復(fù)為待機(jī)狀態(tài)。

五、試驗(yàn)操作:
修改*部系統(tǒng)參數(shù)后,系統(tǒng)重新回到待機(jī)狀態(tài),此時(shí)將600~800ml水加入到恒溫槽中,在待機(jī)狀態(tài)按
[恒溫]鍵,然后調(diào)整攪拌1旋鈕,觀察恒溫水槽以使恒溫水槽中的水流動(dòng)為宜。系統(tǒng)將按照設(shè)定的溫度值
自動(dòng)選擇加溫或制冷,使恒溫槽內(nèi)的溫度趨于設(shè)定值,并在A次達(dá)到恒溫溫度點(diǎn)時(shí)報(bào)警,提醒操作員可進(jìn)行下一步操作。
到達(dá)恒溫點(diǎn)后,操作員可將裝有試樣的燒杯中放入一粒攪拌子,并將燒杯放入恒溫槽內(nèi)支架中,并用手調(diào)旋鈕固定,然后按下[攪拌]鍵,調(diào)節(jié)攪拌2、攪拌3旋鈕。使攪拌子在燒杯中的旋轉(zhuǎn)速度達(dá)到要求。此時(shí)即可按[定時(shí)]鍵,系統(tǒng)進(jìn)入定時(shí)試驗(yàn)階段,到達(dá)定時(shí)時(shí)間后,儀器自動(dòng)停止恒溫操作及攪拌。至此,本次測(cè)定結(jié)束,可取出試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行后續(xù)的試驗(yàn)過(guò)程了。

When the timing time is reached, the instrument automatically stops constant temperature operation and stirring. 水泥組分測(cè)定儀試驗(yàn):
在進(jìn)行水泥組分的測(cè)定前,請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀隨機(jī)附贈(zèng)的國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T12960-1996《水泥組分的定量測(cè)定》。并準(zhǔn)備好所需的各種試劑及設(shè)備。
將儀器放在平穩(wěn)、平整的工作臺(tái)上,連接儀器后面板上的冷卻水系統(tǒng),并將其中一根硅膠管連接到冷卻水泵上,取一個(gè)常用的塑料養(yǎng)護(hù)水槽,并在其中注入水,將冷卻水泵及冷卻水另一根硅膠管放入水槽中(注意回水管A好固定)。將水泵電源插到儀器右側(cè)的插座上,將儀器電源線插好并接通電源。此時(shí)打開(kāi)儀器面板上的電源開(kāi)關(guān),面板上的數(shù)碼管亮,并顯示恒溫試驗(yàn)水槽內(nèi)溫度。
將600~800ml水注入不銹鋼恒溫水槽內(nèi),根據(jù)試驗(yàn)要求調(diào)整好CZF-6水泥組分測(cè)定儀的恒溫溫度及定時(shí)時(shí)間。將50ml水注入150ml燒杯中,將燒杯置于水泥組分測(cè)定裝置上,按[恒溫]及[攪拌]鍵,調(diào)整攪拌1、攪拌2、攪拌3
調(diào)整鈕,調(diào)整3個(gè)攪拌電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速至合適值上。
待儀器初次達(dá)到恒溫點(diǎn)報(bào)警后,即可進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)了,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)要求,可按[定時(shí)]鍵,此時(shí)儀器進(jìn)入定時(shí)操
作狀態(tài),儀器上顯示的時(shí)間為工作的時(shí)間,到達(dá)設(shè)定的時(shí)間后儀器報(bào)警,本次操作結(jié)束。

Place the instrument on a stable and level workbench, connect the cooling water system on the back panel of the instrument, and connect one of the silicone tubes to the cooling water pump, take a commonly used plastic curing sink, and pour water into it. Put the cooling water pump and another silicone tube of cooling water into the water tank (note that the return pipe A is fixed). Plug the power supply of the water pump into the socket on the right side of the instrument, plug the power cord of the instrument and turn on the power. At this time, turn on the power switch on the panel of the instrument, and the digital tube on the panel lights up and displays the temperature in the constant temperature test water tank.
Pour 600-800ml of water into the stainless steel constant temperature water tank, and adjust the constant temperature and timing time of the CZF-6 cement component analyzer according to the test requirements. Pour 50ml of water into a 150ml beaker, place the beaker on the cement component measuring device, press the [constant temperature] and [stir] keys to adjust stirring 1, stirring 2, and stirring 3.
Adjust the knob to adjust the speed of the 3 stirring motors to a suitable value.
After the instrument reaches the constant temperature alarm for the first time, the test can be carried out. According to the test requirements, you can press the [timing] key, and the instrument will enter the timing operation.
Operating status, the time displayed on the instrument is the working time, the instrument alarms when the set time is reached, and the operation ends.
