The multifunctional electric compactor has light compaction and heavy compaction functions, and is suitable for laboratory and field geotechnical tests. It is suitable for highway, railway, water conservancy, and construction foundation filling engineering design. The standard compaction method is used to determine the relationship between soil moisture content and dry density under a certain compaction work.
The multifunctional electric compactor complies with the (GB-7960 / 87) standard. It is a mechatronics instrument developed in accordance with the Highway Test Industry Standard (T0131-93) issued by the Ministry of Communications. T0134-93), requirements for making compaction test specimens in rebound modulus test (T0135-93).

Multifunctional electric compactor operating procedures:
★ Adjust the position of the worktable according to the diameter of the test cylinder. Before starting, manually lift the compaction hammer to confirm that the edge of the test mold is not compacted.
★ Take the prepared soil sample and pour it into the tube in 3-5 times. When the small tube is in the three-layer method, it is about 800-900g each time; in the five-layer method, the sample is about 400-500g in each layer. When using the large cylinder, the spacer should be placed on the bottom plate of the cylinder first. According to the five-layer method, each layer needs about 900-1100g of samples; when the three-layer method is used, each layer needs about 1700g. Level the surface, apply a little pressure, and then set it according to the specified number of compactions and start compaction. The real-time compaction hammer should fall freely and vertically, and the hammer marks must be evenly distributed on the soil sample surface. After the layer compaction is completed, the sample layer is "pulled", and then the "reset" key is repeated. Compact.
★ After the compaction is completed, scrape along the inner wall of the sleeve with a trowel to detach the sample from the sleeve, twist and remove the sleeve, carefully flatten the sample with the top of the cylinder, wipe the outer wall of the cylinder, and weigh. Use a demoulder to demold, and take a sample from the sample to measure its water content.
★ Pay attention to inserting the plug of the compaction head up and down before using the small tube;
Multifunctional electric compactor debugging:
★ Place the machine on a flat concrete floor.
★ Connect the wires protruding from the host to the output of the rear panel of the controller. (10 cores)
★ Connect the power cord to the input terminal on the rear panel of the controller. (4 cores)
★ Plug the power cord into the power supply.
★ Press the setting / start button on the controller to make it set.
★ Set the dial to 03.
★ Press the power on / off button to turn on the power.
★ Press the setting / start button to make it pop up and the machine will start to run.
★ After the machine stops automatically, if the hammer is lifted, the wiring is correct and it can work normally; if the hammer is dropped in the test cylinder, the motor is reversed, and any two live wires of the power plug should be replaced. Test the machine until the hammer is in the raised position after automatic shutdown.
