四、儀具與材料：
一，道路瀝青標準粘度計：由下部分組成：
★ 水槽：環(huán)槽形，內徑160mm,深100mm,中有一圓井，井壁與水槽之間距離不少于55mm。環(huán)槽中存放保溫用液體（水或油），上下方各設有A水管。水槽底離試驗臺面約200mm。水槽控溫精密度±0.2℃。
★盛樣管：管體為黃銅而帶流孔的底板為磷青銅制成。盛樣管的流孔d有3mm±0.025mm、4mm±0.025mm、5mm±0.025mm和10mm±0.025四種。根據試驗需要，選擇盛樣光流孔的孔徑。
★球塞：用以堵塞流孔，桿上有一標記。球塞直徑12.7mm±0.05mm的標記高為92mm±0.25mm，用以指示10mm盛樣管內試樣的高度，球塞直徑6.35mm±0.05mm的標記高為90.3mm±0.25mm，用以指示其它盛樣管內試樣的高度。
★ 水槽蓋：蓋的中有套筒，可套在水槽的圓井上，下附有攪拌葉，蓋上有一把手，轉動把手時可借攪拌葉調勻水槽內水溫。蓋上還有一插孔，可放置溫度計。
★ 溫度計：分度為0.1℃。
★接受瓶：開口，圓柱形玻璃容器，100mL，在25mL、50mL、75mL、100mL處有刻度；也可采用100mL量筒。
★ 流孔檢查棒：磷青銅制，長100mm，檢查4mm和10mm流孔及檢查3mm和5mm流孔各一支，檢查段位于兩端，長度不少于10mm，直徑按流孔下限尺寸制造。

Asphalt standard viscometer instruments and materials:
I. Road asphalt standard viscometer: It consists of the following parts:
★ Water trough: ring trough, inner diameter 160mm, depth 100mm, there is a round well in the middle, the distance between the well wall and the water trough is not less than 55mm. The diameter of the ball plug with a diameter of 12.7mm ± 0.05mm is 92mm ± 0.25mm, which indicates the height of the sample in the 10mm sample tube. The diameter of the ball plug with a diameter of 6.35mm ± 0.05mm is 90.3mm ± 0.25mm, which indicates The height of other samples in the sample tube.
★ Sink cover: There is a sleeve in the cover, which can be sleeved on the round well of the sink. There is a stirring blade under the cover. There is a handle on the cover. When you turn the handle, you can use the stirring blade to adjust the water temperature in the sink. There is also a socket for the thermometer.
★ Thermometer: The division is 0.1 ℃.
★ Receiving bottle: Open, cylindrical glass container, 100mL, there are graduations at 25mL, 50mL, 75mL, 100mL; 100mL graduated cylinder can also be used.
★ Orifice inspection rod: made of phosphor bronze, 100mm in length, inspecting 4mm and 10mm orifices and inspecting 3mm and 5mm orifices, the inspection section is located at both ends, the length is not less than 10mm, and the diameter is manufactured according to the lower limit of the orifice.

五、使用方法和注意事項：
★ 本試驗儀應水平放置于工作臺面上，室溫0~30℃，相對濕度不超過80%，無震動，無腐蝕性氣體，且有良好的接地保護。
★ 使用前，先在恒溫水浴內注入A的自來水，水位高度約為離上平面 15mm，用隨機軟管把兩臺儀器連接成一體。
★ 把兩臺儀器都插上電源（220V，50Hz），先啟動恒溫水浴部分的電源開關，按照溫度控制器的使用說明書調節(jié)溫度到所需要的值，啟動加熱和攪拌開關，經過一段時間后， 能達到所需的溫度值。
★ 設置好恒溫水浴部分后，然后開啟真空度控制部分的電源開關。當電源開關打開后，真空泵直接開始工作，使用者可根據真空表說明書設定真空度（一般情況下，出廠時已經為用戶進行了設置，不需重新設置）。根據表上的數值，慢慢地用調壓閥調節(jié)真空度，這個過程須經過幾次反復。（此時必須關閉連接毛細管的閥門）。
★ 試驗過程中，打開照明開關，以便清晰觀察整個試驗過程。
Asphalt standard viscometer use method and precautions:
★ The tester should be placed horizontally on the work surface, room temperature 0 ~ 30 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, no vibration, no corrosive gas, and good grounding protection.
★ Before use, inject the tap water of A in the constant temperature water bath, the water level is about 15mm from the upper plane, and connect the two instruments into one with a random hose.
★ Plug both instruments into the power supply (220V, 50Hz), first turn on the power switch of the constant temperature water bath part, adjust the temperature to the required value according to the instruction manual of the temperature controller, and start the heating and stirring switch. Able to reach the required temperature value.
★ After setting the constant temperature water bath part, then turn on the power switch of the vacuum degree control part. When the power switch is turned on, the vacuum pump starts to work directly, and the user can set the vacuum degree according to the manual of the vacuum gauge. According to the value on the table, slowly adjust the vacuum with the pressure regulating valve. This process must be repeated several times. (The valve connecting the capillary must be closed at this time).
★ During the test, turn on the light switch to clearly observe the entire test process.
