瀝青混凝土滲透儀符合DL/T5362-2006水工瀝青混凝土試驗規(guī)程測定瀝青混凝土的滲透系數(shù)。常用水頭試驗適用于滲透系數(shù)較大的試件，變水頭試驗適用于試件較小的試件。
The asphalt concrete permeation meter conforms to DL / T5362-2006 hydraulic asphalt concrete test procedures to determine the permeability coefficient of asphalt concrete. The common water head test is suitable for test pieces with large permeability coefficients, and the variable water head test is suitable for test pieces with smaller test pieces.
瀝青混凝土滲透儀由真空泵、真空壓力表、供水箱、閥門、集水瓶、出水側(cè)壓管、進水側(cè)壓管、試模等組成。每次同時可做兩組試驗。
The asphalt concrete permeation meter is composed of a vacuum pump, a vacuum pressure gauge, a water supply tank, a valve, a water collection bottle, an outlet pressure pipe, an inlet pressure pipe, and a test mold. Two sets of tests can be performed at a time.

瀝青混凝土滲透儀試驗步驟：
★按規(guī)范要求制備瀝青混合料（詳見附錄），按規(guī)范要求成型馬歇爾試件。如采用芯樣進行試驗，用切割機將芯樣上下兩頭切平，測量試件的平均高度和直徑。
★將滲透試模的上蓋卸下，將試件放入試模中間，清理試件表面，除去油污、粉塵等，避免試件周圍與瀝青結(jié)合不好而滲水，灌入熱瀝青密封試模與試件周邊的縫隙。灌縫時應(yīng)避免熱瀝青污
★染試件表面及瀝青外流。待瀝青冷至室溫后，裝好上蓋， 擰緊螺栓。滲透試件裝模后，應(yīng)加以檢查，確認試模密封良好、管道通暢。
★試驗應(yīng)采用蒸餾水或經(jīng)過濾的清水，試驗前用抽氣法或煮沸法進行排氣。試驗時水溫宜高于室溫3℃～４℃。試驗開始前應(yīng)備夠一次試驗所需的用水。
Asphalt concrete permeameter test steps:
★ Asphalt mixture is prepared according to the specifications (see appendix for details), and Marshall test pieces are formed according to the specifications. If the core sample is used for the test, the upper and lower ends of the core sample are cut flat with a cutting machine, and the average height and diameter of the test piece are measured.
★ Remove the upper cover of the penetration test mold, place the test piece in the middle of the test mold, clean the surface of the test piece, remove oil, dust, etc avoid the water around the test piece not being well bonded with the asphalt, and inject the hot asphalt to seal the test mold With the gap around the test piece. Avoid hot asphalt pollution when filling joints
★ Dyeing test piece surface and asphalt flow out. After the asphalt has cooled to room temperature, install the cover and tighten the bolts. After the penetration test piece is installed, it should be inspected to confirm that the test mold is well sealed and the pipeline is unobstructed.
★ The test should use distilled water or filtered water. Exhaust by the air extraction method or boiling method before the test. The water temperature should be 3 ℃ ～ 4 ℃ higher than the room temperature during the test. Before starting the test, sufficient water for one test should be prepared.
