一、砌墻磚抗?jié)B試驗儀簡要概述：

四、適用于磚的種類：
★燒結(jié)普通磚2,普通混凝土小型空心砌塊 3,蒸壓加氣混凝土砌塊 4,燒結(jié)多孔磚 5,燒結(jié)空心磚和空心砌塊

五、使用說明：
★將被測試樣磚放在凹槽內(nèi)加水觀察。水線如平直整齊,說明密實度好,材料均勻一致；如果水線呈鋸齒狀,參差不齊,說明材質(zhì)不均,抗?jié)B差。
★再看水線上升高低和速度。優(yōu)質(zhì)磚一般上升至5mm左右即停止,幾個小時不再上升。差磚在幾十分鐘內(nèi)即可上升至A高點,更甚者整個磚都會濕。
★看水滲得快慢：優(yōu)質(zhì)磚三天后只是蒸發(fā)掉相當部分,水還在；差磚幾小時后水即不復(fù)存在,全滲入磚內(nèi)。所以滲水的快慢即可看出磚的密實度,也可看出磚的抗?jié)B水能力。
★A后看磚的背面：如經(jīng)24小時,磚背面有水珠出現(xiàn),磚的抗?jié)B漏能力差,連陰天屋面會滲漏；優(yōu)質(zhì)磚背面或不濕,或濕而無水珠出現(xiàn)?？?jié)B差的磚強度,防雨性,耐久性均差。

★ Look at the water line to raise the low and speed. High-quality bricks generally rise to about 5mm and stop, and no longer rise for a few hours. The poor bricks can rise to the A high point in a few minutes, and even the whole brick will be wet.
★ See how fast the water seeps: After three days of high-quality bricks, only a considerable part of the water is evaporated, and the water is still there; after a few hours of poor bricks, the water no longer exists and completely penetrates into the bricks. Therefore, the speed of water seepage can be seen as the solidity of the brick, and the water resistance of the brick can also be seen.
★A look at the back of the brick: If there are water drops on the back of the brick after 24 hours, the brick's anti-leakage ability is poor, even the cloudy roof will leak; the back of the high-quality brick is not wet, or the wet and waterless beads appear. . Barrier strength, rain resistance, and durability are poor.

★進場檢驗和復(fù)試項目：尺寸偏差,外觀質(zhì)量,強度等級,目前施工單位委托強度等級。
