這是一款等離子發(fā)射光譜法的ppb級(jí)微量氮分析儀，源于原加拿大CA并提供的等離子體發(fā)射光譜技術(shù)，我們擁有自己的技術(shù)，此款儀器使用于氬氣、氦氣中的1-10ppbN2分析，極少的維護(hù)量。
