YI、TCFS-29型定伸保持器概述：
ZSY-29型定伸保持器用于測(cè)定聚氨酯防水涂料拉伸時(shí)的老化性能。該儀器具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作方便的特點(diǎn)，其主要技術(shù)性能和指標(biāo)符合“JC/T500”標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定，可供有關(guān)生產(chǎn)、研究部門使用。
二、TCFS-29型定伸保持器主要技術(shù)參數(shù)：
1、試件形狀：符合GB528中4.1條規(guī)定的啞鈴型1型形狀
2、試件標(biāo)線間延伸率：100％
3、環(huán)境條件：
（1）溫度：20℃±2℃
（2）相對(duì)濕度：65％±20％
三、TCFS-29型定伸保持器結(jié)構(gòu)原理：
TCFS-29型定伸保持器主要由滑動(dòng)軸承座、滑動(dòng)夾具、絲桿、固定夾具及底座五部分組成。轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)螺栓，螺栓推動(dòng)活動(dòng)夾板向下運(yùn)動(dòng)，使試件夾緊。當(dāng)拉伸試件時(shí)，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)手輪，使絲桿旋轉(zhuǎn)，從而使滑動(dòng)夾具沿絲桿移動(dòng)，來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)試件的拉伸。
使用方法
四、TCFS-29型定伸保持器使用方法：
1、將試件安裝在定伸保持器兩夾具之間，不得歪扭。
2、按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)“JC/T500”A6規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)程序進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。
3、試驗(yàn)結(jié)果：檢查定伸保持器上的試件有無(wú)變形、裂紋。
4、松開螺栓，取出試件。
1、試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，將儀器表面擦拭干凈，底座上表面及側(cè)面涂覆機(jī)油。
2、絲桿應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持清潔。
