YI、HBTCY-04型數(shù)顯式陶瓷吸水率測定儀簡介：
HBTCY-04型數(shù)顯式陶瓷吸水率測定儀器滿足GB/T3810.3，采用真空法對日用陶瓷、建筑衛(wèi)生陶瓷、電瓷，耐火材料的吸水率、顯氣孔率、體積密度進行測定。

二、HBTCY-04型數(shù)顯式陶瓷吸水率測定儀技術(shù)參數(shù)：

三、HBTCY-04型數(shù)顯式陶瓷吸水率測定儀主要結(jié)構(gòu)：
真空裝置由真空系統(tǒng)，給排水系統(tǒng)，真空度自動控制系統(tǒng)，控制按鈕及機箱組成。
真空系統(tǒng)包括真空壓力數(shù)顯控制系統(tǒng)、真空容器、真空泵、電磁真空閥、壓力變送器、進氣閥及管道組成。
給排水系統(tǒng)由進水閥、排水閥、儲水器及水管組成。
真空度控制系統(tǒng)由泵體真空壓力控制、真空泵、壓力變送器、主電源開關(guān)及電磁閥組成。
工作原理
四、HBTCY-04型數(shù)顯式陶瓷吸水率測定儀工作原理：
接通電源，泵起動，電磁閥打開，開始抽真空。真空度上升，達到設(shè)定壓力值泵停止抽氣，實驗時間較長時，泄漏使真空度下降，泵自動啟動。由此控制容器中的真空度始終在設(shè)置壓力范圍內(nèi)。

Turn on the power, start the pump, open the solenoid valve and start the vacuum pumping. When the vacuum rises and reaches the set pressure, the pump ss pumping. When the experimental time is long, the leakage causes the vacuum to drop and the pump starts automatically. Thus, the vacuum degree in the container is always controlled within the set pressure range.
五、HBTCY-04型數(shù)顯式陶瓷吸水率測定儀安置與檢查：
1、打開包裝，查看設(shè)備外觀是否完好
2、將設(shè)備放置與水平平穩(wěn)的地面。
3、檢查真空裝置是否接地。
4、接通電源，啟動真空泵，查看設(shè)備是否能正常工作。
六、HBTCY-04型數(shù)顯式陶瓷吸水率測定儀使用與操作：
1、關(guān)閉注水閥以及設(shè)備左下方的排水閥（真空容器排水閥，真空泵儲水器排水閥）。
2、打開真空容器上蓋，將支架放置容器內(nèi)，將稱重好后的試樣放在支架上，注意要確保試樣表面無油污和灰塵。
3、向容器中注入蒸餾水，水位以超過試樣5cm為宜，蓋上容器蓋，緊固螺絲，確保密封。
4、打開設(shè)備側(cè)門向真空泵儲水器倒入蒸餾水，水量為儲水器容積的90%。
5、壓力設(shè)置，長按停止鍵3，進入壓力設(shè)定，按抽氣和上水調(diào)節(jié)大小，再按停止鍵移位，設(shè)置好后按啟動鍵，保存設(shè)置值退出。
6、做好上述事項，按“啟動”按鈕啟動真空泵，待壓力達到要求后，開始計時。
7、實驗結(jié)束 打開左下方的兩個閥門放出蒸餾水，將容器及設(shè)備擦拭干凈，蓋好上蓋，以備下次試驗使用。
七、HBTCY-04型數(shù)顯式陶瓷吸水率測定儀注意事項：
1、真空容器內(nèi)保持干凈清潔，不有積水和灰塵。
2、定期檢查真空泵，注意真空泵的使用說明。
3、真空度上不去時，檢查各密封環(huán)節(jié)即可。
4、試驗時試驗人員不應(yīng)隨意離開。
