HBTCG-16型管材與管件耐拉拔試驗儀滿足GB/T 15820聚乙烯壓力管材與管件的連接耐拉拔試驗,適用于直徑不大于 63 mm的聚乙烯(PE)壓力管材與不同材質,不同結構形式的管件的連 接,不適用于熔焊連接 。
Brief introduction of hbtcg-16 type pipe and pipe fittings tensile resistance tester:Hbtcg-16 type pipe and pipe fittings tensile resistance tester meets the requirements of gb/t 15820 polyethylene pressure pipe and pipe fittings connection and drawing resistance test. It is applicable to the connection between polyethylene (PE) pressure pipe with diameter not more than 63 mm and different materials and different structure forms of pipe fittings, and is not suitable for fusion welding connection.

四、HBTCG-16型管材與管件耐拉拔試驗儀試驗方法:1、試樣由管件與或二段聚乙烯管材組裝而成,每段管材長度至少為 300 mm。管材尺寸應與管件 相配,并按產(chǎn)品說明書的要求組裝。
2、試樣數(shù)量為三件,試驗溫度為23士2C. 調試儀器至工作狀態(tài)。
3、測童管材內徑的大值、小值,取算術平均值;測量管材外徑的大值、小值,取算術平均值 用下列公式計算試驗所需要的力K:
K=15×α×π÷4 ×(d1-d)
式中:a--聚乙烯管材的允許設計應力;
D1— 管材平均外徑,mm;
d— 管材平均內徑,mm
K值取小數(shù)點后位數(shù)字。
4、將試樣固定在拉力計上(或懸掛于框架上),在30 s內逐漸施加到計算的力K,保持試樣在恒定的 縱向拉力1h,檢查試樣連接處是否松脫
5、試驗結果 在三件試樣中,試樣連接處均未松脫,則認為通過試驗。
Test method of hbtcg-16 tube and fitting drawing resistance tester:1. The sample is assembled by pipe fitting and one or two sections of polyethylene pipe, and each section of pipe is at least 300 mm in length. The pipe size should match the pipe fitting and be assembled according to the requirements of the product specification.
2. The number of samples is three, and the test temperature is 23 ± 2C.
3. Measure the maximum and minimum values of the inner diameter of the pipe, and take the arithmetic mean value; measure the maximum and minimum values of the outer diameter of the pipe, and take the arithmetic mean value. Use the following formula to calculate the force K required for the test:
K=15×α×π÷4 ×(d1-d)
Where: a -- allowable design stress of polyethylene pipe;
D1 - average outer diameter of pipe, mm;
D-average inner diameter of pipe, mm
The value of K is one significant digit after the decimal point.
4. Fix the sample on the tension meter (or hang it on the frame), gradually apply the calculated force K within 30 s, keep the sample in a constant longitudinal tension for 1 h, and check whether the joint of the sample is loose
5. The test results show that the joint of the three samples is not loose, so it is considered to pass the test.
