IMA是一款可收集可見(jiàn)、紅外、近紅外范圍(400-1620nm)光譜和空間信息的高光譜顯微鏡。該系統(tǒng)能夠快速地對(duì)光致發(fā)光、電致發(fā)光、熒光、反射率和透射率進(jìn)行成像?;诟咄康娜譃V波器,IMA比傳統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)掃或線掃系統(tǒng),采集速度更快,效率更高。

 
IMA應(yīng)用一覽
進(jìn)行復(fù)雜材料的研究分析, 如太陽(yáng)能電池特性分析,半導(dǎo)體質(zhì)量控制。
研究包括活細(xì)胞和組織在內(nèi)的,復(fù)雜環(huán)境中的紅外標(biāo)記。
檢索暗場(chǎng)圖像,并獲得透明和未染色的樣品信息,如聚合物,晶體,活細(xì)胞。
