該系列是一種采用多彈簧結(jié)構(gòu),重量輕、體積小、性能高、輸出力大的直行程氣動(dòng)薄膜式執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)。其工作原理為:由調(diào)節(jié)儀表來(lái)的電或氣信號(hào)經(jīng)定位器轉(zhuǎn)換而成的氣壓被輸入到膜室內(nèi),作用于膜片上產(chǎn)生推力,使 輸出軸移動(dòng),同時(shí)壓縮彈簧直至和彈簧的反作用力相平衡,使輸出軸到達(dá)預(yù)定的位置。位置控制也可以通過(guò)氣信號(hào)(20~100 KPa)直接作用于膜片上來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。該執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)如與 KOSO 公司的定位器配合使用可以實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的位置控制。
This Series provides high performance, high power diaphragm actuators of multi-spring type that are compact and light. Receiving pneumatic or electric signals, the unit balances the force created when diaphragm is airpressured through positioner and the force of compressed spring, so that the output shaft is controlled and placed at a set position. Control of position by pneumatic signals(20~100 KPa) directly applied on diaphragm is also possible. Combination with KOSO positioner provides high accuracy position control.
