概述
PHF101A型潤滑油灰分測(cè)定儀是我公司自主研發(fā)的新一代智能。能嚴(yán)格按照國標(biāo)GB/T508有關(guān)規(guī)定,自動(dòng)完成慢灰、快灰、粘結(jié)指數(shù)、揮發(fā)份等測(cè)定。還可以適用于其他行業(yè)中對(duì)被測(cè)物品進(jìn)行定點(diǎn)恒溫、定時(shí)加熱等一系列的加熱、灼燒或干燥處理。該儀器具有測(cè)量控制精度高、效率高(節(jié)能)、性能穩(wěn)定可靠、操作方便、自動(dòng)化程度高等特點(diǎn)。因此,廣泛用于煤炭、焦化、電力、冶金、石油、化工等行業(yè)和科研部門。
主要功能及特點(diǎn)
具有傳統(tǒng)控制儀所具備的慢灰、快灰、揮發(fā)、粘結(jié)等工業(yè)分析的測(cè)試程序外,還增加了一個(gè)強(qiáng)大的自定義設(shè)定程序(簡(jiǎn)稱:自選),自選設(shè)定程序可以設(shè)置50個(gè)獨(dú)立程序,而且每個(gè)獨(dú)立程序可以設(shè)置不同恒溫點(diǎn)和恒溫時(shí)間。功能強(qiáng)大,兼容性好,能滿足多行業(yè)需求。
揮發(fā)份實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí),3分鐘恢復(fù)900±10℃效果,恢復(fù)溫度的真實(shí)性和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確度是該產(chǎn)品控溫效果的特色。
此款智能爐采用PID算法和模糊控制技術(shù),自動(dòng)校正測(cè)量溫度,自動(dòng)移相觸發(fā)可控硅導(dǎo)通角,控制加熱功率。
液晶觸摸屏,可以觸摸操作,全稱語音提示。
