功能特點(diǎn)
1、采用邏輯加密IC卡，實(shí)現(xiàn)一表（一戶）一卡。
2、用戶新購(gòu)電量與表內(nèi)剩余電量可以累加，用戶一次最多可購(gòu)999度電，累計(jì)剩余電量加新購(gòu)電量＞999.9度時(shí)，用戶無(wú)法將用戶卡中的電量寫(xiě)入電表，電表LED顯示“Err4”，待用掉部分電量后才可繼續(xù)寫(xiě)電。
3、當(dāng)電能表中剩余可用電小于20 kWh時(shí)，右上側(cè)的告警燈亮紅色，提醒用戶購(gòu)電。當(dāng)電能表中剩余可用電量為0kWh時(shí)，電能表自動(dòng)斷開(kāi)，中止供電，右上側(cè)的告警燈由亮紅色轉(zhuǎn)為紅色閃亮，直到插入有效電量的電能卡為止。
4、加電自檢功能,用戶將卡插入卡座，電能表讀卡完畢后，LED將顯示各種信息。
5、用電負(fù)荷連續(xù)超過(guò)功能定值時(shí)，自動(dòng)斷電，通過(guò)插入IC卡，方可恢復(fù)供電。
6、當(dāng)用戶使用不當(dāng)或電表出現(xiàn)故障時(shí)，按鍵后可顯示出錯(cuò)信息， 以提示用戶或供電部門(mén)的巡視。
7、防竊電功能：采用雙向電能計(jì)量集成電路及防竊電端蓋組合。

a) Adopt cryptographic IC card. One meteronecard,no interchangeable.

3 Monitoring function：
