Keysight E5262A and E5263A 2-channel IV analyzers are low-cost current-voltage characterization solutions. E5262A and E5263A support dual channel SMU (power supply/monitoring unit), capable of performing voltage/current supply and voltage/current measurements, with excellent measurement performance for currents up to a minimum of 5 pA. The EasyEXPERT group+ characterization software for the graphical user interface can be installed on your PC to support all tasks required in the characterization, such as measurement setup and data analysis.
