質(zhì)量流量測量儀用于在工藝技術(shù)領(lǐng)域直接測量氣體通過量。在體積流量測量儀中，還需要測量溫度和壓力或密度，因?yàn)闅怏w的密度或體積會因壓力的不同而發(fā)生變化。與之相反，質(zhì)量流量的測量并不受壓力和溫度影響。8700 型數(shù)字式質(zhì)量流量測量儀具有一個傳統(tǒng)的毛細(xì)管狀傳感器（參見第 2 頁的描述），該傳感器處于旁路管道中。當(dāng)前流量可被作為模擬的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號通過現(xiàn)場總線輸出，或者通過 RS 通訊輸出。可針對兩種不同的氣體對型號 8700 進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)，用戶可在兩者之間進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換。根據(jù)用戶要求的不同，在選擇與介質(zhì)相接觸的接頭的材料時應(yīng)確保，可利用所有的普通工藝氣體運(yùn)行設(shè)備。典型用途是，在檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)、環(huán)境技術(shù)、消耗計(jì)數(shù)器、分析儀器中測量氣體流量。

Type Description

The mass flow meter (MFM) Type 8700 is especially suited for measuring the mass flow of aggressive gases, which need a sensor which is not in direct contact with the gas. The thermal capillary sensor reaches fast response times. Type 8700 can optionally be calibrated for two different gases; the user can switch between these two gases. As electrical interfaces both, analog standard signals and fieldbuses are available.
