描述
1、擠壓鋁缸體采用陽極氧化等防腐蝕工藝處理,使用壽命長(zhǎng),摩擦系數(shù)低。
2、雙活塞齒條采用鑄鋁硬質(zhì)氧化工藝處理,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、運(yùn)行迅速、使用壽命長(zhǎng),簡(jiǎn)單的對(duì)調(diào)活塞可以改變氣缸旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。
3、一體式齒輪輸出軸,表面采用鍍鎳工藝處理,使用壽命高,同時(shí)可定制尺寸和不銹鋼材料。
4、壓鑄鋁合金端蓋表面噴塑處理,防腐性能好,可定制各種噴涂顏色或PTFE涂層。
5、兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的外部行程調(diào)節(jié)螺栓,在開啟和關(guān)閉位置上可以精確地調(diào)整+/-5°。
6、齒條和活塞上采用低摩擦力的導(dǎo)向環(huán),避免金屬與金屬的直接接觸,低摩擦力長(zhǎng)壽命,維修更換簡(jiǎn)單方便。
7、組合式預(yù)壓彈簧采用防腐涂層處理,具有較強(qiáng)的抗腐蝕性和使用壽命,拆裝安全可靠,通過改變彈簧數(shù)量實(shí)現(xiàn)不同的力矩輸出。
8、執(zhí)行器全部采用優(yōu)質(zhì)的不銹鋼緊固件,具有良好的抗腐蝕能力。
9、符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn):ISO 5211,DIN 3337和VDI/VDE 3845NAMUR,產(chǎn)品互換性高,便于限位開關(guān)和其他附件的安裝連接。

雙作用式 Dual action
1、壓縮空氣由A口輸入,使左右活塞向相反方向運(yùn)動(dòng),輸出軸逆時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),打開閥門,兩活塞側(cè)面的空氣由B口排出。
2、壓縮空氣由B口輸入,使左右活塞向中心移動(dòng),輸出軸順時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),關(guān)閉閥門,兩活塞中間的空氣由A口排出。
單作用式(常閉式)Spring return(FC)
1、壓縮空氣由A口輸入,使左右活塞向相反方向運(yùn)動(dòng),輸出軸逆時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),打開閥門,兩活塞側(cè)面的空氣由B口排出。
2、失氣或失電時(shí),由于彈簧的作用使兩活塞向中心移動(dòng),輸出軸順時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),關(guān)閉閥門,空氣由A口排出,B口進(jìn)氣可加速關(guān)閉閥門。
單作用式(常開式)Spring return(F0)
1、壓縮空氣由A口輸入,使左右活塞向相反方向運(yùn)動(dòng),輸出軸順時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),關(guān)閉閥門,兩活塞側(cè)面的空氣由B口排出。
2、失氣或失電時(shí),由于彈簧的作用使兩活塞向中心移動(dòng),輸出軸逆時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),打開閥門,空氣由A口排出,B口進(jìn)氣可加速關(guān)閉閥門。
