棕色氧化鋁研磨砂Brown Aluminum oxide F24是一種化學(xué)成分為氧化鋁的人工磨料，它的主要原材料是鋁礬土、無煙煤，鐵霄。經(jīng)過高溫電弧爐2000度以上的冶煉，將鋁礬土中的雜質(zhì)清除，留下棕色的氧化鋁結(jié)晶塊。因此，控制棕剛玉中的雜質(zhì)對棕剛玉的質(zhì)量性能指標有直接影響。棕剛玉的冶煉設(shè)備分為固定爐和傾倒爐，制成的棕剛玉塊中氧化鋁含量也會根據(jù)在爐內(nèi)不同部位有所不同。通常選用94-95含量的一級塊料作為制造棕剛玉一級砂的材料。棕剛玉中氧化鋁的含量越高，其硬度、韌性、磨削力等技術(shù)指標越高。

Brown aluminum oxide F24 blasting media
Brown fused alumina grit is a basic abrasive grain for making abrasive tools and abrasive blasting. It is produced from natural bauxite mine by a fusing process. After fusing and melting at about 2000 centigrade, it turns to a kind of artificial brown fused alumina. The main chemical of brown fused alumina is Al2O3. So it also be called brown aluminum oxide.
With different milling technology, there are several types of brown fused alumina. They are available for different applications such as sandblasting, surface treatment,resin bonded abrasives, vitrified bonded abrasives,anti-skid materials,etc. The higher Al2O3 purity, the higher hardness and better grinding performance.
Features of Brown aluminum oxide F24 blasting media:
1. High hardness around Mohs 9.0.
2. High toughness which is a little higher than white fused alumina.
3. Good grinding ability.
4. A quality level with high Al2O3 purity and low TiO2 impurity.
5. Low Fe2O3 content with magnetic removal treatment.
