PD-30是高線性30GHz帶寬InGaAs PIN光電探測器，在要求寬帶頻率響應的O/E前端使用是理想的。共面波導光電二極管設計化1250nm到1650nm波長范圍的速度和靈敏度。這個波導設計確保30GHz頻率響應所必需的數(shù)字和模擬應用。前端照明的臺面結構PIN設計允許達到30mW的高輸入功率。
