表1列出液壓泵球頭與滑靴球窩的空位(參見圖2),假定柱塞與滑靴空位差,柱塞腔中的高壓油就會從柱塞球頭與滑靴空位中泄出,滑靴與斜盤油膜減薄,嚴峻時會構成靜壓支承失效,滑靴與斜盤發(fā)作金屬接觸磨擦,滑靴燒蝕掉落,柱塞球頭斜盤。柱塞桿球頭與滑靴球窩出公差,有組替換之。

柱塞桿與缸孔柱 斜盤作用一段時間后,斜盤平面會呈現(xiàn)內凹景象,在選用路徑研磨前,先應測量初始規(guī)范和平面硬度。研磨后,再測出研磨量是多少,如在0.18以內,對柱塞泵運用;假定出0.2mm以上,則應選用氮化的辦法來堅持原有的氮化層厚度。
