應(yīng)用

SITRANS TR300 變送器可以用于所有工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。它們的緊湊式設(shè)計(jì)使之可以現(xiàn)場安裝在控制柜內(nèi)的保護(hù)箱內(nèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn) DIN 導(dǎo)軌上。以下傳感器/信號源可以通過通用的輸入模塊進(jìn)行連接:

  • 電阻溫度計(jì)(2、3 或 4 線制)

  • 熱電偶

  • 基于電阻的傳感器和直流電壓源

輸出信號為直流信號,根據(jù)傳感器特性為 4 到 20mA,增加了數(shù)字 HART 信號。

本安型變送器可以安裝在有爆炸性危險(xiǎn)的環(huán)境中。這些設(shè)備符合指令 2014/34/EU (ATEX) 的要求

功能

SITRANS TR300 通過 HART 進(jìn)行配置。這可以使用手持式通訊裝置或更方便的 HART 調(diào)制解調(diào)器和 SIMATIC PDM 參數(shù)化軟件來進(jìn)行。然后數(shù)據(jù)可以性的保存在非易失性存儲(chǔ)器中(EEPROM)。

只要傳感器的電源正確連接好,變送器就可以輸出一個(gè)與溫度成線性的輸出信號,診斷 LED 指示燈顯示綠燈亮。如果傳感器短路,LED 會(huì)閃爍紅色,紅燈常亮表示有內(nèi)部設(shè)備故障。

測試插座可以用于隨時(shí)連接安培表用于監(jiān)視和似真檢驗(yàn)。讀出輸出電流時(shí)不會(huì)產(chǎn)生任何干擾,甚至無需打開電流回路。

The digital accuracy is the accuracy after the analog/digital conversion including linearization and calculation of the measured value.

An additional error is generated in the output current 4 to 20 mA as a result of the digital/analog conversion of 0.1 % of the set span (digital-analog error).

The total error under reference conditions at the analog output is the sum from the digital error and the digital-analog error (poss. with the addition of cold junction errors in the case of thermocouple measurements).
