模塊選型方法
★ 首先,客戶自己要清楚確認,現(xiàn)有被檢壓力儀表中的zui大壓力量程Pmax、zui小壓力量程Pmin、被檢表準(zhǔn)確度△被檢、壓力模塊準(zhǔn)確度△模塊;
★ 按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)表準(zhǔn)確度是被檢表準(zhǔn)確度的1/4量值傳遞關(guān)系,來計算要選擇壓力模塊量程覆蓋被檢表量程倍數(shù)n;n=△被檢/(△模塊×4);
★ 壓力模塊量程如下選擇:
*只壓力模塊量程P1必選Pmax,即P1=Pmax。*只壓力模塊P1能夠覆蓋到被檢表的量程是P1/n;
第二只壓力模塊量程P2,應(yīng)選擇小于P1/n的下一被檢表量程;第二只壓力模塊P2能夠覆蓋到被檢表的量程是P2/n;
第三只壓力模塊量程P3,應(yīng)選擇小于P2/n的下一被檢表量程;第三只壓力模塊P3能夠覆蓋到被檢表的量程是P3/n;
第四只壓力模塊量程P4,應(yīng)選擇小于P3/n的下一被檢表量程;第四只壓力模塊P4能夠覆蓋到被檢表的量程是P4/n;
…………
直到覆蓋被檢表zui小量程Pmin。
