Bring a higher level of control to your KVM switching application with the ServSwitch Wizard? PRO. Not only can you use it to switch between multiple computers, but you can use its powerful on-screen menu system to assign names to the computers and then select the channels by name.
You can mount the ServSwitch Wizard PRO's chassis in a 19" rack with the optional Rackmount Kit (RMK19WP), or you can use it on the desktop. It's even strong enough to hold a monitor or other device, so you can save additional space in your work area.
Multiple PROs can be cascaded to control hundreds of computers. High-resolution circuitry ensures the best possible video, even over extended distances. The switch provides 1600 x 1280 resolution at 100 MHz and supports Display Data Channel (DDC) PC-to-monitor communications, so your video cards are always "on the same page" as your monitors. You can even synchronize two or more ServSwitch Wizard PROs to support computers with multiple video outputs.
The ServSwitch Wizard PRO also features a port for attaching an optional Remote-Control Module for convenient operation. Or you can control the PRO via an RS-232 serial link. The front panel has a push button, which is used to switch between computers and to enter a configuration mode. You can also switch via the keyboard, on-screen display, or mouse.
Because it's interface powered, the ServSwitch Wizard PRO doesn't require a power adapter for most applications. For unusual applications such as use with a laptop computer, contact our FREE Tech Support to see if you require a power adapter.
