Description: Participants will undergo a 4-week training. High performing trainees will be offered long term employment as either Sales
Specialist or Projects Engineer with Fisher China.
Week 1:Basic Technical Training
Week 2:Team Projects
Week 3:Communication Skills
Week 4:Individual Project & Evaluation
Requirements: 1. Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences; 2. Fresh graduate or 〈 1 year work experience; 3. High achiever with demonstrated leadership skills; 4. Communicate and work well in a Team; 5. Fluent in English.
Duration: September 4-29, 2006 (24x7)
Location: Shanghai
Training Allowance: RMB4,000 + Travel/Accomodation Expenses
Expected Income: RMB 60,000 to RMB80,000 annually
