工作要求:
The Sales Director is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to deliver Fisher China’s sales and margins Plan.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
-Own and manage the entire sales process from discovery to closure.
-Recruit, train and retain an outstanding sales force.
-Build and maintain relationship with opinion leaders and key accounts.
-Lead and supervise Regional Sales Managers and Customer Service function.
-Contribute to Fisher China’s strategies as part of Leadership Team.
Education and Skill Requirements:
-A proven sales manager with at least 10 years of sales experience.
-Commercial experience in laboratory instruments, supplies or services highly preferred.
-Demonstrated ability to drive change using tools and process improvements.
-Strong personal leadership attributes.
