該設(shè)備為在線檢測(cè)設(shè)備，適用于鋼鐵行業(yè)的圓鋼、鋼管管端等探傷，設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)是能滿足鋼鐵行業(yè)的在線探傷，設(shè)備必須與相關(guān)的輔機(jī)配合，根據(jù)工件表面的情況，需要對(duì)工件進(jìn)行清洗、吹干等，成套設(shè)備有儲(chǔ)料臺(tái)架、步進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)、輸送輥道、清洗系統(tǒng)、噴淋系統(tǒng)、磁化系統(tǒng)、觀察機(jī)構(gòu)、退磁機(jī)構(gòu)、吹干裝置、輸出輥道、下料機(jī)構(gòu)、修磨系統(tǒng)等組成，設(shè)備采用的電子技術(shù)，采用模塊化國(guó)際電路，周向采用大型磁軛，縱向采用線圈，設(shè)備可分別周向磁化、縱向磁化和復(fù)合磁化，能自動(dòng)完成工件步進(jìn)、輥道輸送、清洗、吹干、噴淋、磁化、熒光觀察、退磁、下料、修磨等，工件兩頭無(wú)盲區(qū)，整機(jī)外型美觀、大方，可適用鋼廠所有鋼管管端探傷等。
The equipment is an on-line inspection equipment, which is suitable for flaw detection of round steel and steel pipe ends in the steel industry. The biggest characteristic of the equipment is that it can meet the on-line flaw detection in the steel industry. The equipment must be matched with relevant auxiliary machines. According to the surface conditions of the workpiece, the workpiece needs to be cleaned and dried. The complete set of equipment consists of a material storage rack, a stepping mechanism, a conveying roller table, a cleaning system, a spraying system, a magnetization system, an observation mechanism, a demagnetization mechanism, a drying device, an output roller table, a blanking mechanism, a grinding system and the like. The equipment adopts advanced electronic technologies at home and abroad, adopts modular international circuits, adopts large yokes in the circumferential direction and coils in the longitudinal direction, and can be magnetized in the circumferential direction, the longitudinal direction and the composite magnetization respectively. It can automatically complete workpiece stepping, roller conveying, cleaning, blow drying, spraying, magnetization, fluorescence observation, demagnetization, blanking, grinding, etc. There is no blind area at both ends of the workpiece. The whole machine is beautiful and elegant in appearance and can be used for flaw detection of all steel pipe ends in steel mills.
