熒光滲透檢測(cè)一般用于非磁性材料、鋁合金、不銹鋼葉輪、葉片等非多孔型材料和零件的熒光滲透檢查，包括加工缺陷和使用中產(chǎn)生的缺陷，適用于航空、航天和汽車零部件等項(xiàng)目的檢測(cè)。該設(shè)計(jì)和制造必須滿足HB/Z61-98、EN571、GJB2367A-2003等工藝規(guī)范要求。
Fluorescent penetrant inspection is generally used for non-porous materials and parts such as non-magnetic materials, aluminum alloys, stainless steel impellers, blades and the like, including processing defects and defects generated in use, and is suitable for testing items such as aviation, aerospace and automobile parts. The design and manufacture must meet the requirements of HB/Z61-98, EN571, GJB2367A-2003 and other process specifications.
熒光滲透檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)主要由自乳化滲透槽、滴落槽、溫水清洗槽、噴淋清洗及補(bǔ)充清洗槽、熱風(fēng)烘干槽、顯像槽，等多個(gè)槽體及提供熱水的熱水槽、檢測(cè)暗室、等組成；配套及輔助設(shè)施由電氣控制系統(tǒng)、氣動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)、輸送系統(tǒng)、加熱及管路系統(tǒng)、工業(yè)水管路系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備組成。
