利用自動(dòng)化 Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ ASE™ 350 加速溶劑萃取儀在數(shù)分鐘內(nèi)自動(dòng)完成固體和半固體樣品中化合物的萃取、過(guò)濾和凈化。此系統(tǒng)容納 1-100 g 的樣品容量，允許進(jìn)行多達(dá) 24 份樣品的無(wú)人照看萃取，并且與其他方法相比使用的溶劑少 50% 至 90%?；瘜W(xué)惰性通路支持酸性和堿性樣品基質(zhì)和溶劑。靈活、易于操作、經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)惠的 Dionex ASE 350 特別適合高通量實(shí)驗(yàn)室和各種應(yīng)用。

? 更高的溫度(高達(dá) 200°C)和壓力 (1500 psi)，減少萃取時(shí)間和溶劑消耗量
