背景介紹：The protein encoded by this gene is one of the highly conserved mini-chromosome maintenance proteins (MCM) that are essential for the initiation of eukaryotic genome replication. The hexameric protein complex formed by the MCM proteins is a key component of the pre-replication complex (pre_RC) and may be involved in the formation of replication forks and in the recruitment of other DNA replication related proteins. The MCM complex consisting of this protein and MCM2, 4 and 7 proteins possesses DNA helicase activity, and may act as a DNA unwinding enzyme. The phosphorylation of the complex by CDC2 kinase reduces the helicase activity, suggesting a role in the regulation of DNA replication. Single nucleotide polymorphisms in the intron regions of this gene are associated with differential transcriptional activation of the promoter of the neighboring lactase gene and, thereby, influence lactose intolerance in early adulthood.

初次體液免疫是指宿主*次接觸外來TD抗原后血清中逐漸出現(xiàn)抗原特異性抗體的過程。初次體液免疫應(yīng)答的延遲相（從抗原免疫到抗體水平達(dá)到高峰的時間）為6-10天，起初幾天血清中的抗原特異性抗體主要為親和力較低的IgM,后期以IgG為主。初次應(yīng)答過程的血清中抗原特異性抗體的高峰濃度較低且維持時間較短。再次體液免疫應(yīng)答是指曾被某抗原免疫過的宿主再次接觸該抗原時血清中迅速出現(xiàn)抗原特異性抗體的過程，其延遲相僅為4-5天，血清抗體以IgG為主，其高峰濃度較高且維持時間較長。再次應(yīng)答所產(chǎn)生的抗體還有親和力成熟現(xiàn)象，即該抗體與抗原的親和力明顯高于初次應(yīng)答產(chǎn)生的抗體。
