背景介紹：NCCRP1 is a 275 amino acid protein that contains one FBA (F-box associated) domain. The gene encoding NCCRP1 maps to human chromosome 19q13.2. Consisting of around 63 million bases with over 1,400 genes, chromosome 19 makes up over 2% of human genomic DNA. Chromosome 19 includes a diversity of interesting genes and is recognized for having the greatest gene density of the human chromosomes. It is the genetic home for a number of immunoglobulin superfamily members including the killer cell and leukocyte Ig-like receptors, a number of ICAMs, the CEACAM and PSG families, and Fcα receptors. Key genes for eye color and hair color also map to chromosome 19. Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, spinocerebellar ataxia type 6, the stroke disorder CADASIL, hypercholesterolemia and insulin-dependent diabetes have been linked to chromosome 19. Translocations with chromosome 19 and chromosome 14 can be seen in some lymphoproliferative disorders and typically involve the proto-oncogene BCL3.

組織中非抗原抗體反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)的陽(yáng)性染色稱為非特異性背景染色，zui常見(jiàn)的原因是蛋白吸附于高電荷的膠原和結(jié)締組織成分上。zui有效方法是在用*抗體前加與制備第二抗體相同動(dòng)物的非免疫血清（1:5-1:20），封閉組織上帶電荷基團(tuán)而除去與一抗非特異性結(jié)合。必要時(shí)加入2%-5%牛血清白蛋白，可進(jìn)一步減少非特異性染色，作用時(shí)間為10-20min。免疫熒光染色時(shí)，可用0.01%伊文藍(lán)（PBS溶液）稀釋熒光抗體，對(duì)消除背景的非特異性熒光染色有很好的效果。洗滌用的緩沖液中加入0.85%-1%NaCl成為高鹽溶液，充分洗滌切片，能有效的減少非特異性結(jié)合而減少背景染色。
