【貯 存】： Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

【信息詳情】： Granzyme A is the most abundant of the proteases occurring in CTL granules. It is homologous to other serine esterases, including other granyzmes, mast cell proteases, and neutrophil cathepsins. Granzyme A is unique among granzymes in that it is a disulfide linked homodimer. Granzyme B is thought to be a rapidly acting apoptotic enzyme, while Granzyme A is thought to be slow acting. Granzyme A is a 28 kD protein. Granzyme A deficient mice are indistinguishable from normal animals in their response to infection.
