保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-beta-Amyloid（25-35） antibody,β淀粉樣肽（25-35）抗體抗體依據(jù)重鏈抗原性的不同分為五類：IgG、IgA、IgM、IgD、IgE。

各類抗體Anti-GRP促胃泌素釋放肽抗體主要功能有：

（1）IgG ：血清中含量zui高，因此是zui重要的抗感染分子，包括抗菌、抗病毒、抗毒素等。 IgG 還能激活補(bǔ)體，結(jié)合并增強(qiáng)巨噬細(xì)胞的吞噬功能（調(diào)理作用和 ADCC 效應(yīng)），穿過(guò)胎盤，保護(hù)胎兒及新生嬰兒免受感染。

（2）IgA ：分單體和雙體兩種。前者存在血清中，后者存在于黏膜表面及分泌液中，是黏膜局部抗感染的重要因素。

（3）IgM ：是分子量zui大，體內(nèi)受感染后zui早產(chǎn)生的抗體，具有很強(qiáng)的激活補(bǔ)體和調(diào)理作用，因此是重要的抗感染因子，且常用于診斷早期感染。　

（4）IgD ：主要存在于成熟 B 細(xì)胞表面，是 B 細(xì)胞識(shí)別抗原的受體。

（5）IgE ：血清中含量zui少的抗體，某些過(guò)敏性體質(zhì)的人血清中可檢測(cè)到，參與介導(dǎo) I 型超敏反應(yīng)和抗寄生蟲感染。
