對(duì)照品系指用于鑒別、檢查、含量測定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)，包括雜質(zhì)對(duì)照品，不包括色譜用的內(nèi)標(biāo)物質(zhì)。在檢驗(yàn)工作中我們常會(huì)用到一種用來檢查質(zhì)量的特殊參照物——標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)（對(duì)照品）。它在檢驗(yàn)中具有十分重要的地位。隨著儀器分析的廣泛使用，必將越來越多地使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)。就來介紹一下如何對(duì)對(duì)照品進(jìn)行保存和使用：
1）使用中檢所對(duì)照品時(shí)，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按說明書執(zhí)行。一般情況下，供鑒別、檢查用的對(duì)照品不能用于含量測定。紅外鑒別用的對(duì)照品使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意與樣品在晶型上的差異，必要時(shí)可采用相同的方法對(duì)樣品和對(duì)照品重結(jié)晶。例如*鈉具有多種不同的晶型，可用丙酮對(duì)樣品和對(duì)照品重結(jié)晶后測定，以確保二者晶型和紅外光譜圖的*。
2）除另有規(guī)定外，對(duì)照品使用時(shí)應(yīng)采用適宜的方法測定其水分的含量，按干燥品（或無水物）進(jìn)行計(jì)算后使用，否則會(huì)造成含量測定結(jié)果偏高。對(duì)熱穩(wěn)定的對(duì)照品可直接干燥后使用；對(duì)熱不穩(wěn)定的對(duì)照品可同時(shí)另取一份作干燥失重，扣除水分后使用。此外，對(duì)照品若含有結(jié)晶水或鹽基，使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意其換算。
3）由中國生物制品檢定所提供的對(duì)照品或?qū)φ掌窞榉ǘ▽?duì)照品，以法定對(duì)照品作對(duì)照標(biāo)化的原料可稱為二級(jí)對(duì)照品或工作對(duì)照品。生產(chǎn)單位為節(jié)約成本，可使用工作對(duì)照品進(jìn)行日常檢驗(yàn)，但檢驗(yàn)所必須使用法定的對(duì)照品，出具的檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告書才具有法律效力。
