砂泵主要是用來為除砂器、除泥器、泥排量和壓力的鉆井液。經(jīng)過十多年的現(xiàn)場 應用和改進，本公司研制的離心式砂泵，無論在技術性能方面，還是在密封壽命方面均局國內(nèi)水平，并達到國外同類產(chǎn)品的水平。

其中10×8×14 離心式砂泵主要配套3000m以上的鉆機,且鉆井液粘度、比重都比較大的鉆井工程使用；8×6×14 離心式砂泵主要配套3000m以上的鉆機；8×6×11 離心式砂泵主要配套3000m以下的鉆機，也可作為灌注泵給三缸泥漿泵供漿；6×5×11 離心式砂泵一般用于車裝鉆機或小型鉆機的配套；4×3離心式砂泵與計量罐配套，通常稱計量泵或補給泵；3×2離心式砂泵一般作為清水泵使用。

該泵有電動和皮帶驅(qū)動兩種形式。根據(jù)客戶特殊要求可提供新的設計產(chǎn)品。

The 10×8×14 centrifugal sand pump applies to over 3000-meter-long drilling rigs，with big visvosity and specific gravity drilling fluid.The8×6×14 centrifugal sand pump applies to over 3000-meter-long drilling rigs; The 8×6×11 centrifugal sand pump applies to under 3000-meter-long drilling rigs,also can be can be used to supply mud to triplex mud pump as a filling pump. The 6×5×11 centrifugal sand pump applies to truck-mounted drilling rigs or pocket drilling rigs; The 4×3 centrifugal sand pump is usually used as measuring pump or replenishment pump; he 4×3 centrifugal sand pump is usually used as clean water pump

The pump has two types of drive, electromotion and belt drive. New products can be designed and provided according to customers’ special requirements .
