一、適用范圍
本產(chǎn)品適用于固定敷設(shè)在交流50Hz，額定電壓35kV及以下的電力輸配電線路上作輸送電能用。與聚氯乙烯絕緣電力電纜相比，交聯(lián)電力電纜產(chǎn)品不僅具有優(yōu)異的電氣性能、機(jī)械性能、耐熱老化性能、耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力和耐化學(xué)腐蝕性能的能力，而且結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，重量輕，不受敷設(shè)落差限制，長(zhǎng)期工作溫度高(90C)等特點(diǎn)。
Scope ofapplication
The cable is used to transmit power on the powertransmission and distribution line of A.C.50Hz, rated voltage 35 KV or lower. By comparison with power cable withPVC insulation, it has not only excellent electric perfor-mance, mechanical performance, heat & aging resistantperformance,weather resistant performance,chemicalcorrosion resistant performance, but also simple structure.light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high tem-perature allowance for long term working(90C) as well
二、生產(chǎn)執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
GB/T12706.1-2008-GB/T12706.3-2008《額定電壓1kV(Um=1.2 kV)到35kV(Um=40.5 kV)擠包絕緣電力電纜》，也可按用戶需要，采用**電工委員會(huì)IEC60502-2004標(biāo)準(zhǔn)生
Executive standard
As section“extruded insulation power cable withrated voltage from 1kV(Um=1.2 kV)to 35kV(Um=40.5 kV)"stipulated in GB/T12706.1-2008-GB/T12706.32008 or IEC60502-2004 according to the re- quirement ofthe customer.
三、使用特點(diǎn)
1、電纜導(dǎo)體的允許長(zhǎng)期**工作溫度為90℃。2、短路時(shí)(最長(zhǎng)持續(xù)時(shí)間不超過(guò)5秒)電纜導(dǎo)體的**溫度不超過(guò)250℃。
3電纜敷設(shè)時(shí)的環(huán)境溫度不得低于0℃
4、電纜的最小彎曲半徑:三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑的15倍:單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑的20倍。
5、電纜的工頻額定電壓U/U為0.6/1kV26/35kVU。:電纜設(shè)計(jì)用的導(dǎo)體對(duì)地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓，稱(chēng)相電壓:
U:電纜設(shè)計(jì)用的導(dǎo)體間的額定工頻電壓，稱(chēng)線電壓:Um:設(shè)備可承受的“**系統(tǒng)電壓"的**值。
Working Condition
1, Long-term working temperature by cable conductor is 90℃.
2、Max. temperature of cable conductor shall be no morethan 250℃ during short circuit (the longest lasting timeshall be no more than 5 seconds).
3、Environment temperature for installation is no less than0℃
4、Min bending radium of cable:It is no less than 15 times that of cable outer diameterfor cable with three cores.lt is no less than 20 times that of cable outer diameterfor cable with single core.
5、A.C. rated voltage Uo /U of cable is 0.6/1kV26/35kV.Uo : rated A.C.voltage of conductor to earth ORbetween metallic shielding for cable designing, whichis called phrase voltage.
U: rated A.C. voltage between conductors for cabledesigning, which is called wire voltage.Um : Max endurable value of “Max system voltage"for cable
