交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜是采用化學方法或物理方法,使聚乙烯分子由線型分子結構轉變?yōu)槿S網(wǎng)狀結構,由熱塑性的聚乙烯變成熱固性的交聯(lián)聚乙烯,從而提高了聚乙烯的耐老化性能、機械性能和耐環(huán)境能力，并保持了優(yōu)良的電氣性能。
交聯(lián)聚乙烯絕緣電力電纜導體的允許長期高溫為90攝氏度，較低絕緣電纜、聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜和聚乙烯絕緣電纜高，且具有重量輕、結構簡單、使用方便、耐化學腐蝕和敷設不受落差限制等優(yōu)點。

· 電纜導體的高允許工作溫度：90℃。
Max.admissible operating temperature of the conductor:90℃.
· 短路時（長時間不超過5s）電纜導體的高溫度不超過2500C。
Max. short-circurt temperature of conductor shall not exceed 2500C.

· 電纜敷設時環(huán)境溫度應不低于00C。

· 電纜彎曲半徑：三芯電纜不小于電纜外徑15倍；單芯電纜不小于電纜外徑20倍。

行車電纜特征電纜額定電壓的選擇   Voltage designation
· 電纜的額定電壓應適合于電纜系統(tǒng)的運行狀況，用U0/U（Um）kv表示。
U0－電纜設計用的導體對地或金屬屏蔽之間的額定工頻電壓；
U－電纜設計用的導體間的額定工頻電壓；
Um－設備可承受的“高系統(tǒng)電壓”的大值。
The rated voltage of the cable for a given applixation shall be suitable for the operating conditions
in the system in which the cable is used,and is expressed in the form of U0/U（Um）kv
Where:
U0－The rated power-frequency voltage between conductors and earth metallic screen ,for which the cable designed;
U － The rated power-frequency voltage between conductos, for which the cable designed;
Um－ The maximum value of the“highest system voltage”for which the equipment may beused.

一、產(chǎn)品標準
本產(chǎn)品按GB9330《塑料絕緣控制電纜》，IEC60227《額定電壓450/750V及以下聚氯乙烯絕緣電纜》以及IEC60502《額定電壓1-30kV擠包絕緣電力電纜及附件》等標準制造。

二、適用范圍
聚氯乙烯絕緣聚氯乙烯護套控制電纜適用于額定電壓450/750V及以下或0.6/1kV及以下控制、信號、保護及測量系統(tǒng)接線之用。

三、使用特性
●工頻額定電壓Uo/U為450/750V或0.6/1kV。
●電纜導體的允許長期工作溫度為70℃。
●電纜敷設時環(huán)境溫度應不低于0℃，若環(huán)境溫低于0℃時，應對電纜進行預熱。
●電纜的允許彎曲半徑如下：
    無鎧裝電纜，應不低于電纜外徑的6倍；
    鎧裝或銅帶屏蔽電纜，應不低于電纜外徑的12倍；
    屏蔽軟電纜，應不低于電纜外徑的6倍。
