1.本品0.1g溶于100ml水中，呈黃色澄清溶液。   
2.本品微溶于乙醇，不溶于油脂，具有酸性染料的特性，能使動物纖維著色。   
3.100ml含有0.001g本品的0.02mol/L乙酸銨溶液，其Z大吸收波長為482±2nm。   
4.取本品水溶液做紙上層析，其主色點的Rf值應(yīng)與標準樣品相同。

產(chǎn)品介紹 Nectin 2 is a single-pass type I membrane glycoprotein with two Ig-like C2-type domains and an Ig-like V-type domain. This protein is one of the plasma membrane components of adherens junctions. It also serves as an entry for certain mutant strains of herpes simplex virus and pseudorabies virus, and it is involved in cell to cell spreading of these viruses. Variations in this gene have been associated with differences in the severity of multiple sclerosis. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized. Can form trans-heterodimers with PVRL3/nectin-3.
Function : Probable cell adhesion protein.
Subunit : Can form trans-heterodimers with PVRL3/nectin-3. Interacts with CD226. Binds with low affinity to TIGIT. Interacts with herpes simplex virus 1 (HHV-1) mutant Rid1, herpes simplex virus 1 (HHV-2) and pseudorabies virus (PRV) envelope glycoprotein D; functions as an entry receptor for these viruses.
