            ARCM系列剩余電流式電氣火災綜合監(jiān)控裝置 

ARCM系列剩余電流式電氣火災綜合監(jiān)控裝置（以下簡稱“監(jiān)控裝置” ）主要應用于低壓三相四線系統(tǒng)的主干線漏電保護、電氣參數(shù)的測量與監(jiān)控，以及全面的電能計量管理，實現(xiàn)電氣火災、配電監(jiān)控、電能管理三大功能于一身。除實現(xiàn)基本的電壓、電流、功率、電度等電參量測量之外，產(chǎn)品提供基于RS485的Modbus-RTU 協(xié)議的通訊，方便用戶進行組網(wǎng)管理，并可與FAS 消防系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)連接準備。產(chǎn)品符合GB14287-2005。

電氣安全和保護
◆　漏電保護 在線監(jiān)測線路的剩余電流,可以根據(jù)線路正常漏電流的大小人工設定預報警和報警動作電流,可配置為關閉/報警/脫扣.典型設定值為動作剩余電流300mA,動作時間1.0 S
 
 
◆　溫度保護 通過溫度傳感器監(jiān)測配電箱的溫度,超過設定溫度時自動報警或跳閘. 溫度傳感器可以安裝在控制器附近或配電箱體內其他部位,安裝必須固定穩(wěn)定,防止跌落造成線路短路.溫度閥值可設定
 
 
◆　過壓保護 控制器實時檢測進線電壓,當進線電壓超過設定值時自動報警或跳閘
   
 
◆ 過流保護 通過電流采樣電路測量三相電流的真有效值,當測量值超過設置的過流允許值,延時設置時間的時間,執(zhí)行報警或者斷開斷路器
 
 
◆ 缺相保護 為防止線路因缺相導致用電設備不能正常工作,本系統(tǒng)根據(jù)監(jiān)測電壓有效值自動判斷缺相故障,發(fā)出報警信號,或發(fā)出指令使斷路器跳閘
 
 
 
◆ 煙霧消防 控制器能接收兩路煙霧開關量報警,當煙霧探測器檢測到煙霧濃度超出報警值,閉合報警輸出開關,發(fā)送信號給控制器,控制器接收到煙霧報警信號時,發(fā)出報警聲同時斷開斷路器
 
 
 
 
Electric safety and protection
◆Leakage current protection Detect leakage current online .The set point can be set according to normal leakage current of the line and the over-leakage leads to faineancy, alarm or tripping which is decided by its user. Typical set point is 300mA & 1.0 S.
 
◆Overheat protection   Temperature of distribution cabinet is detected by temperature sensor and alarm or tripping is trigged if the temperature exceeds the set point. Temperature sensor should be firmly fixed near the device or somewhere in the distribution cabinet.
 
◆Over voltage protection    Device detects voltage of incoming lines and alarm or tripping is trigged if the voltage exceeds set point.
 
◆Overload protection    Alarm or tripping is trigged after the period of set time when one or several phases is overloaded .Overloading is determined by RMS value of current through lines.
 
◆Phase loss protection    To prevent equipments from damage caused by phase loss, this device detects phase loss failure by the voltage of three phases and alarm or tripping is trigged as response according to orders given by its user.
 
◆Smog protection     Device can receive two channels of switching input. On receiving the input, device trigs alarm and tripping.
 
 
 
 
 
◆ 消防聯(lián)動 集中監(jiān)控計算機與FAS 聯(lián)網(wǎng), 實現(xiàn)消防聯(lián)動. 當發(fā)生火災時,FAS 發(fā)出指令, 通過現(xiàn)場監(jiān)控設備, 使斷路器跳閘, 強制切斷非消防設備的電源. 同時可以反饋信號給FAS

◆Gang fire control    Central monitoring computer can be connected to FAS. Once fire happens, FAS delivers orders to monitoring device to cut off the power of devices not designed for fire alarm. Meanwhile, it can deliver feedback signals to FAS.
 
◆Lightning protection     To prevent devices getting damaged by the sensed surge voltage from thunder ,surge protection module is fixed.
 
Central monitoring
 
◆485 interface    Central monitoring computer receives field signals and gives  corresponding control commands .Furthermost effective communication distance is 1.2 kilos.
 
 
◆CAN interface     Selectable CAN interface is available and  up to 255 devices can be connected to a single link. Furthermost effective communication distance is 10 kilos. And devices can be aligned in way of star connection, making testing and maintenance easy.
Energy management
 
◆Device can  monitor  real time current, voltage, active power and some other electric parameters of three phases.

3.1概述
General
ARCM系列多路剩余電流監(jiān)控裝置，是針對0.4KV,TT,TN-S,TN-C-S系統(tǒng)設計的，可用于工礦企業(yè)，公用設施，高層建筑等配電系統(tǒng)的火災報警和監(jiān)控，并可實現(xiàn)遠程監(jiān)控?？蓽y量1～4和1～8路的剩余電流，可根據(jù)剩余電流的危險程度決定是否輸出報警，或者繼電器信號以切斷電源，是多路的火災監(jiān)控器和觸電防護器。帶有RS485接口，采用MODBUS-RTU協(xié)議，可滿足用戶通訊聯(lián)網(wǎng)管理的需要。ARCM多路系列采用*的微控制器技術，體積小巧，安裝方便，集智能化，數(shù)字化，網(wǎng)絡化于一身，是建筑電氣火災預防監(jiān)控，系統(tǒng)絕緣老化預估等的理想選擇。產(chǎn)品符合GB14287.2-2005，GB 6829-1995，GB13955-2005。

3.5功能特點

導軌式安裝和嵌入式96B安裝方式不同，功能相同。它們的功能有：
 
◆               實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)1～4路配電線路的剩余電流大小，并可實現(xiàn)智能分析，確定要輸出繼電器，以切除供電，還是輸出預報警信號。通過對一些高層商業(yè)民用建筑，工礦企業(yè)及公用設施等的配電線路的剩余電流的監(jiān)控，實現(xiàn)對上述場所的電氣火災，線路老化情況,人體觸電等的正確快速處理和預報。
 
 
◆               通過裝置所帶通訊功能，用戶可輕松實現(xiàn)組網(wǎng)，方便進行集中管理。從而實現(xiàn)了從監(jiān)控線路→裝置→上位機管理軟件的無縫連接。
 
 
◆               動作電流閥值和動作時間可根據(jù)具體系統(tǒng)負載狀況和對延時的要求等，通過按鍵來設置。具體設置辦法詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
 
 
◆               裝置外接標配剩余電流互感器，且各通道間互感器額定電流可根據(jù)負載大小靈活訂制，方便靈活。

The embedded installation device and device that adapts mounting rail have same function features，and they are：
◆ 1～4 channels of real time residual current detection ,inlective analysis and decision making to trip or alarm. By this way , electric fire, insulation aging ,and body hurt can be predicted and get right treatment . should be fixed in high buildings ,factories ,and public facilities .
 
 
 
◆ Users can build networks to  realize central monitoring  by the communication interface embedded in the device.   
 
 
◆ Trip current and trip delay time are programmable according to the true load status of the system and demand for delay.
 
 
◆ Set up residual current transformers are fixed outside and it is convenient to order transformers with different rate current.
