產(chǎn)品描述；
高壓鍋爐給水泵的任務(wù)是把除氧器儲(chǔ)水箱內(nèi)具有一定溫度、除過(guò)氧的給水，提高壓力后輸送給鍋爐，以滿足鍋爐用水的需要。汽蝕是給水泵的安全隱患，如果除氧水進(jìn)入了給水泵，其溫度將會(huì)超過(guò)常壓下水的汽化溫度。當(dāng)給水泵入口壓力過(guò)低時(shí)，給水就會(huì)發(fā)生汽化現(xiàn)象，并隨之產(chǎn)生大量的氣泡，而當(dāng)這些氣泡進(jìn)入高壓區(qū)后，由于受到壓縮而迅速變形和潰滅，此現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生就會(huì)阻塞流道，導(dǎo)致局部沖擊壓力波動(dòng)。巨大的動(dòng)態(tài)沖擊壓力將使金屬材料因疲勞侵蝕出現(xiàn)海綿或蜂窩狀的破壞，造成泵體的汽蝕，同時(shí)致使給水產(chǎn)生壓力波動(dòng)。

結(jié)構(gòu)說(shuō)明：

高壓鍋爐泵轉(zhuǎn)子由泵軸兩端的滾動(dòng)軸承來(lái)支承。稀油潤(rùn)滑，且用循環(huán)水冷卻，轉(zhuǎn)子的軸向推力采用平衡盤自動(dòng)平衡。均衡回水經(jīng)過(guò)均衡回水管返回到泵吸水段。高壓型泵轉(zhuǎn)子由泵軸兩端的滑動(dòng)軸承來(lái)支承。稀油潤(rùn)滑，且用循環(huán)水冷卻，轉(zhuǎn)子的軸向推力采用平衡盤平衡。在平衡室和前段之間裝有回水管。高壓鍋爐泵轉(zhuǎn)子由泵兩端的滑動(dòng)軸承來(lái)支承。軸承用強(qiáng)制潤(rùn)滑，泵本身配帶油系統(tǒng)，轉(zhuǎn)子的軸向推力用平衡盤來(lái)平衡。且?guī)в兄雇戚S承，用于承受由于工況變化而產(chǎn)生的殘余軸向力，在平衡室體和吸水管之間裝有回水管。
