工作原理

 鍋爐給水泵泵軸在電動(dòng)機(jī)的帶動(dòng)下旋轉(zhuǎn)，對(duì)液體作功，使其能量增加，液體由吸入池經(jīng)由泵的進(jìn)水段、正葉輪、正導(dǎo)葉、中段、口、過渡管、次級(jí)進(jìn)水段、反葉輪、反導(dǎo)葉、出水段的垂直*的送出。

泵的結(jié)構(gòu)

●鍋爐給水泵單殼體節(jié)段式多級(jí)離心泵。其吸入口和吐出口均垂直向上。前段、中段和后段用穿杠聯(lián)接成一體，各段之間靜止結(jié)合面主要靠金屬面密封外。

●多級(jí)鍋爐給水泵的上或水平、排出口垂直向上布置。

●主要由進(jìn)水段、中段、出水段、次級(jí)進(jìn)水段、正導(dǎo)葉、反葉輪、軸、節(jié)流和減壓裝置、擋套、軸承體、過渡管等零強(qiáng)度的穿杠螺栓和進(jìn)出水段聯(lián)接，泵的進(jìn)水段、中段、出水采用二硫化鉬潤滑脂金屬面硬密封，轉(zhuǎn)于由裝在軸上的正置、反葉輪、軸套、軸承擋套等零件組成，軸承采用“固構(gòu)，驅(qū)動(dòng)端采用圓柱滾于軸承;

●末端采用角接觸球軸承段、中段、出水段、次級(jí)進(jìn)水段、正導(dǎo)葉、反導(dǎo)葉、過渡管

●轉(zhuǎn)子部分與固定部分之間裝有密封環(huán)、導(dǎo)葉套等進(jìn)行密封套的磨損程度己影響泵的工作性能時(shí)應(yīng)廈時(shí)予以更換。

●軸的密封形式有機(jī)械密封和填料密封兩種。泵采用填料密置安放要正確，填料的松緊程度必須適當(dāng)，以液體能滴種密封元件裝在密封腔內(nèi)，腔內(nèi)要通入一定壓力的水，起水作用。在軸封處裝有可更換的軸套，以保護(hù)泵軸泵可以在路的情況下更換軸承、密封。

●鍋爐給水泵系列泵通過彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器或膜片聯(lián)軸器由原動(dòng)機(jī)直接向看，泵為順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。

●電機(jī)常規(guī)配置電機(jī)，在有可燃易爆氣體的場(chǎng)合采機(jī)。
